Providing & installation of High Mast 12.5 metre high. Designing and installation at site of work including carriage & erection, testing, comissioning of LED light and other accessories as detailed below for street light in industrial area having 12.5 meter lowering and raising 12 sided polygonal structure high mast light system having top diameter having 150 mm & bottom minimum 360 mm considering wind velocity of 180 km/hr as per IS 875 part 3, 1987. Mast shaft shall be in two sections with minimum sheet thickness of 3 mm.
Design & casting of foundation with M20 cement concrete and steel reinforcement suitable for installation of 12.5 meter high mast. The complete foundation design and calculations duly certified by the structural engineer shall be submitted by the firm before laying the foundations for approval of the department. The foundation structure design should be of the manufacturer of high mast keeping in view the wind pressure and soil capacity of the area where high mast is to be installed.
Supply, carriage & erection of single dome LED aviation obstruction light. Single dome interegral LED aviation light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure to be installed on existing high mast pole of height 12.5 meter. Approx including cost of suitable mounting arrangement and making necessary connections, testing and commissioning etc. to the entire satisfaction of EIC. The LED aviation light should be as per its relevant IS specification.
Supply, carriage & erection of 180 Watt turbo LED floodlight of Bajaj/Crompton/Surya/Panasonic/Philips luminiare made up of die cast aluminium housing with cover IP66 having efficiency better than 110 lumens per watt. The fixture supplied with electronic high efficiency driver having pwer factor >0.9, THD<10%, surge protection min 6KV. The company logo must be embossed on the body of fixtures. The lumanire shall comply all relevent national and international standards with type tested from NABL acceredited lab to ascertain minimum technical specifications containing in LM 79 & LM 80 report. The sample of fitting shall be got tested from some BABL 1 UL accerdited lab and the expenditure for that shall be borne by the firm.
