Taking down Demolition of old textile covering from roof (old WPT) complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete padding, 40mm average thickness laid to required slope, including finishing the concrete surfaces fair and even without using extra cement, including mixing WPC @ 3% of cement (WPC shall be Paid separately), complete all as specified and as directed.

Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment / specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less 150 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm 9 minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torch on method and as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and all overlaps and joints are properly sealed as per manufacturer's instructions. (iii) Applying two coats of Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Anti-skid Endura Cool roof SRI (Solar reflective Index) ceramic tiles (of approved color), 300x300x10mm thick, square / rectangular laid over plastered surface of roof in 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, joints grouted with tile grout complete all as specified and as directed.

Machine grinding and polishing (Mirror / Diamond polishing) of existing kota stone flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles ( grey cement mixed with pigment) 20cmx20cmx25mm thick set over & including 20 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) with neat cement and pointed in grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling board (Fibre, Pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation board /slab/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete as specified and directed.
