Re-painting works of Athulya building at Infopark Kochi Phase 1 Campus

Repairs to plaster of mix cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : fine sand) thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping yard otside the campus. The rate including the cost of scaffolding wherever required at all levels.

Smooth plastering of surface for painting - providing 12 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement etc complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Cleaning external painted surface wall (exterior) of height upto 32m and removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth, loose finishing materials like paint/putty/texture etc., including providing, applying and washing the surface with the help of required scrubbers and also cleaning with machine operated water jet causing any scratching/ damage to the stone surface complete in all respect, including taking all precautions to safeguard ventilators, windows, doors etc. by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the building/ structure, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate including the cost of scaffolding wherever required at all levels.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Finishing walls with two or more coats of water proofing Damp sheath (or approved equivalent) over Exterior walls as per manufacturers specifications on wall after preparation of the wall by applying crack filling wherever needed upto a height of 25m as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate shall include the cost of scaffolding wherever required at all levels. The approximate rate:180/L

Providing and applying white cement based exterior putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete at all levels. The rate including the cost of scaffolding wherever required at all levels.

Applying one coat of exterior water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface including crack filling if required.

Painting two or more coats with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on existing plain surface as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two or more coats with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on existing textured finished wall as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with two or more coats of water proofing Damp block 2K (or approved equivalent) over Interior walls as per manufacturers specifications on wall after preparation of the wall by applying crack filling wherever needed at all levels as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.The rate shall include the cost of scaffolding wherever required at all levels.
