Demolition of wall of brick and stone wall built in cement mortor incl all quoins, archs, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for half brick work sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick or stone wall/ celling including raking out joint, haking for key scrubing with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of concrete or block masonary finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) in internal surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 9 above but 10mm thick in CM (1:6) and setting coat 5mm thick CM (1:4) mixed with WPC in external surface of wall including scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC measured and paid in relevant item of this schedule.

M&L for dismantling of sunken portion complete and removal of debris and applying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WC, bath room etc. by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing chemical as per manufacture's specifications of approved make as under:- (a) All corners of sunken portion shall be rounded by providing fillets/ gola in concave shape of dia 75mm all as directed in CM (1:4). (b) M&L rendering 15mm in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with WP compound as per manufacturer’s instructions shall be provided on sunken portion while the concrete is green complete. (c) M&L apply cement slurry to the surface @ 0.488 Kg/ Sqm of cement mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.253 Kg/ Sqm and the surface will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours complete. (d) S&F 200 micron thick polythene film of approved make with approved adhesives to the treated sunken surface complete. (e) PCC (1:7:12) type E-2 for sunken slabs of frist floor complete all as directed. (f) Curing the sunken portion with water as specified and directed. (g) Testing of all traps & joints shall be done after sealing and before filling of sunken slabs. (h) Including providing 32mm dia UPVC spout pipe of length 350 to 450mm to be fitted in sunken portion.

S&F 32 mm dia bore pipe low density LDPE of pressure rating 6 kgf/ sqcm fixed to wall, ceiling or in floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frame n. exc. 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Each line wire shall be measured.

S&F steel galvanised punched type concertina coil 1050mm dia when stretched with clip with weight 15.6Kg/ Coil and average coverage area is 6.00 RM per coil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surface

M&L for rendering 15mm thick rendering on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal nut but length bolt one side embeded in concrete posts etc complete to fix fencing wire dia of shank 16 to 20mm, but length of bolt exc. 22.5cm and n. exc. 30cm long complete all as specified and as directed.
