Taking out of existing old unserviceable PCC pole 7.5 to 9.5 metres long of from the PCC foundation, coping and including carefully taking down existing ACSR conductor, cables, Street light, Security light fitting, GI brackets, looping box, stay assembly of any type & patten etc after disconnection of electric supply by using necessary T&P/crane/ any mechanical method will be applied and debris disposal upto distance not exceeding 100 Mtr at defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel tubular swaged type poles 9 metrs long, pole weight approximately 154 Kgs, pole should be in one piece only and smooth finishing, ISI marked complete with all accessories such as cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws, washers and drilling of holes for continious GI earth wire as specified type 410 SP-31 including applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and embedded portion shall be painted with two coats of black paint after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of front insertion type Oxygen outlet with SS probe. The Outlet should be front insertion type with Non interchangeable Probe as per HTM 02 01 Standard. The 1st Fix, connected to the copper stab should be of Brass. The 2nd Fix should have inbuilt valve to enable servicing on line without use of any additional line valve on the outlet drop pipe. The facia of the Outlet should be white in line with HTM 02 01 standard. Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of oxygen Back pressure compensated flow meter with BS EN ISO 15002-2008 (CE Marked) with control range of 0-15 LPM (Calibration with +/-10% with 250 ml humidifier bottle (minimum) made of unbreakable polycarbonate material and autoclavable at 121 degree centigrade temperature. The flowmeter shall have strict precision, durability standard and body shall be made of brass chrome plated materials. The flow tube will have durability standard and body shall be made of clear, impact resistant polycarbonate. General servicing of Oxygen Pipe lines, Outlet sockets, Flow meters and Alarm system. Disconnection, refixing and arresting leakages in pipe lines, outlet sockets, flow meters and all size of external valves with help of minor components. All the minor repairs to be carried through service engineer of OEM or authorised technician. All the minor spares which are required to be carried out for arresting leakages and to obtain permissible oxygen pressure at every point should be carried out as per direction.
