M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces through grinding and applying an adhesive primer coat of GRP ISO RESIN, then add 2 layers of GRP sheet with resin in between, and finishing with a final coat of GRP ISO RESIN for a smooth, coloured finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable, single core multi stranded 1100Volt grade confirming to IS 694: 1977 (For Phase and neutral), drawn in and including rigid PVC conduit not less than 20mm bore, concealed type, medium grade as per IS 9537 (Part 1-1983) with conduit accessories including provision of pressed steel terminal box of suitable size fabricated out of 2 mm thick MS sheet and 3 mm thick laminated PVC insulated sheet top cover for fixing switches, sockets, fan regulators including one run of 1.5 Sq.mm single core FRLS PVC unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, for one light/ fan point controlled by one one-way switch, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cutting and chases and making good surfaces shall be included in the lumpsum of Schedule A Part-I items.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, screened with extruded PVC inner sheathed, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured electric FR power cable [heavy duty] of size 4.0core x 6.00Sqmm, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, suitable for earthed system with and including cable glands, ferrules and connected accessories, laid in trenches or ducts or through the pipe etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay in trenches, ducts, connect, test and commissioning Ductile Iron pressure pipe of size 150mm dia along with necessary fittings with flanged and confirming to IS-8329 : 2000 in standard maximum lengths, class K-9, flange rating PN-10, including necessary gasket and special items/fittings pipes lining inside with cement mortar (CML) outside with bituminous coating as per Annx `C' of IS-8329, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay in trenches, ducts, connect, test and commissioning Ductile Iron pressure pipe of size 100mm dia along with necessary fittings with flanged and confirming to IS-8329 : 2000 in standard maximum lengths, class K-9, flange rating PN-10, including necessary gasket and special items/fittings pipes lining inside with cement mortar (CML) outside with bituminous coating as per Annx `C' of IS-8329, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay in trenches, ducts, connect, test and commissioning Ductile Iron pressure pipe of size 80mm dia along with necessary fittings with flanged and confirming to IS-8329 : 2000 in standard maximum lengths, class K-9, flange rating PN-10, including necessary gasket and special items/fittings pipes lining inside with cement mortar (CML) outside with bituminous coating as per Annx `C' of IS-8329, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for valve chamber including excavation in any type of soil, spreading, levelling and refilling etc. PCC (1:4:8) type D2 for foundation, brick work of one brick thick wall in CM (1:4) including internal plaster 15mm thick in CM (1:4) external plaster 15mm thick(1:4) and providing coping in PCC (1;2:4) type B1, angular iron frame of size 40x40x5mm with 6mm thick MS plate cover complete including locking arrangements and having FRP coating of 2mm thick on both inside and outside surfaces for the size of chamber 1500x1500x1200mm suitable for 80mm to 200mm sluice valve complete all as specified and complete with all necessary fittings shown in drg No. DGNP/TD/157(R) Sht No. 1/1 dated 20-05-2005.

M&L for MS framed work in angle or other sections confirming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165 cut to length, bent to shape required drilling, welding including required size nut and bolts including one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fabrication and erection of fire stand of suitable size made out of angle iron/channel and paint two coat of post office red colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and lettering with white paint including galvanised MS fire bucket- 03 Nos, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for fire escape route map drawn on glow sign / flex in required colour and arrows at every 2 metres with proper fixing with including accessories, complete all as specified and as directed (Rate are for upto (G+1) blocks).

Material and labour for taking out existing unserviceable GI/SS DM water pipe line size upto 50 mm dia and including fittings earth work for disconnecting the same and shall be deposited to User Store yard within Dockyard Premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying stainless steel 316 ERW(welded) pipe grade Sch-10S of size 50 mm dia including all necessary fittings (such as bends, tees, shorts pieces connectors, elbow, reducers, unions, socket etc.) and fixed to walls ceilings/laid on floors/laying in trenches including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying stainless steel pipe heavy grade of size 25 mm dia including all fittings (such as bends, tees, shorts pieces connectors, elbow, reducers, unions, socket etc.) and fixed to walls ceilings/laid on floors/laying in trenches including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Cast Iron sluice valve, flanged of class PN 1.6 suitable for 50 mm bore pipe in repair confirming to IS:14846 including brass spindle with head, iron wheel, gland with gland packing, etc. and necessary fixing arrangement like rubber gasket etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead 4mm GI wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I, including excavation / earth work in any strata, adequate quantity of charcoal and common salt, PCC chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40mm thick cover slab with 8mm dia TMT bars @150mm c/c in both ways, suitable handle and angle iron frame of suitable size to fix the cover, with 20mm bore GI pipe light grade for watering with funnel, wire mesh and 15mm bore GI pipe medium grade for GI wire protection and 4mm GI earth wire, including testing after completion, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth wire will be measured after 7.5mtr from the earth strip or earth testing terminal block whichever is lesser under relevant item.

All as per Serial Item No. 24 here in before but using galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm earthing for lighting protection without protection pipe.

Supply and fixing mechanical foam type Fire Extinguisher, 9 litres capacity complete with initial charge, gun metal cap, discharge hose with nozzle, wall fixing brackets, etc. and including all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing light weight screw grip type CO2 fire extinguishers – 4.5 Kg capacity complete with initial charge, gun metal cap, discharge hose with nozzle, wall fixing brackets etc. confirming to IS : 15683 with ISI mark. including all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.
