COMPLETE REQUIRMENTS:-

Cost towards Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 3 MVA 11KV/3.3KV Copper Wound Out Door Type Power Transformer [ Make: ABB/ Kirloskar/ Schneider/BHEL/ Crompton Greaves, Synergy] + 5% to -5% in step of 1.25% and marshalling box continuous rated for three phase, 50Hz, full load and temperature rise not exceeding 40 degree C by thermometer in oil and 50 degree by the resistance in winding after continuous run at full load rating. The transformer should have oil immersed winding having vector group Dyn-11, HV side connected in Delta and LV side connected in star with neutral brought out connected to provided separate earthing. The Transformer shall have power terminal arrangement, bushing on HV side and cable end box on LV side suitable to connect XLPE cable on LV side with standard fitting 2Nos. channels with stopper shall be provided and fixed on the plinth for mounting the transformer. The transformer should have following standard fittings: The Power Transformer shall be accomplished with:- 1). Oil conservator with fitting hole with cap and plain oil level gauge. 2) Silica gel dehydrating breather charged with silica gel. 3) Oil drain valve. 4) Lifting eyes hooks. 5) Oil filter valve. 6) Two earthing terminals. 7) Diagram and rating plate 8) Air Vent. 9) Explosion vent. 10) Bucholtyze relay. 11) Resistance temperature detector. /Oil Temp Indicator 12) Marshalling Box . (13)Bi-directional rollers, including loading, transportation, unloading, erecting and commissioning of transformer and testing on load etc all complete for Clear Water Pumping Plant at 12 MGD Main Sub-Station Jamadoba of JMADA, Dhanbad.

Cost towords making / casting new RCC plinth / platform sizing - 2.5m X 2.5m X 2.5m with supply and fitting of 2 Nos. channel with stopper shall be provided and fixed on the provided plinth for mounting the above 3 MVA Transformer with all required materials, including cost of reinforcement (about-120kg.) plastering and punning of expose surface, curing, with all labour, tools, tackles and technician charges as per direction of E/I.

Cost for Supplying of 3C X 300 sq. mm Aluminium armoured 11 KV Grade, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, ISI marked, Heavy duty, Make- Havells/ Any reputed make.

Cost for Supplying of 3C X 300 sq. mm Aluminium armoured 3.3 KV Grade, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, ISI marked, Heavy duty, Make- Havells/ Any reputed make.

Cost for Laying of above PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV & 3.3KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of above XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV & 3.3KV grade as required

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of above XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV & 3.3KV grade as required
