BOQ (OUTSOURCING OF HOUSEKEEPING AND CONSERVANCY SERVICES FOR GE (AF) SURATGARH)

Provision of services for data entry on computer for typing, printing of documents, maintenance of reports returns including data entry in terms of compilation of various data, generation of reports, keeping record of progress of works, stores, making presentation on power point, entering data on MS Word, MS Excel and on other format in computer and maintain soft copy & convert the same in entry register and shifting of files within office complex, filling and indexing the letters with BR(Backward Reference) and FR(Forward Reference) systematically into various correspondence files, indexing the letter with folio number at GE (AF) Suratgarh by providing each Data Entry Operator in a shift of 08 hours per day on all working days complete in all respect as directed by GE. Time schedule for shift will be as decided by GE. NOTES:- (i) Total 02 Data entry operator shall be employed per day on all working days excluding Sunday, National Holiday and Closed Holidays. (ii) Computer for data entry, printer, paper and cartridge shall be supplied free by the department. (iii) Data entry operator shall be qualified in Computer typing test. In addition to this data entry operator shall also have knowledge to run all computers softwares and programs including internet. (iv) Qualification of data entry operator shall be 10+2 pass in any discipline alongwith certificate in computer application from any recognized institute.

Provision of services for photo copying of documents including printing of drawings, shifting away other items/documents as direct by GE (AF) Suratgarh from one office to other office including all offices of subdivision and correspondence files, indexing the letter with folio number by providing each Peon/Helper in a shift of 08 hours complete in all respect as directed. Time schedule for shift will be as decided by GE. NOTES.:- (i) 02 Peon/helper shall be employed per day on all working days excluding Sunday, National Holiday and Closed Holidays. (ii) The minimum qualification for peon/helper shall be 10th standard pass from any central/state Govt Board of Secondary Education.

Provision of conservancy services for cleaning/moping, cleaning of door, window, window glass panes, dusting of tables, chairs, rearranging of furniture after cleaning, removal of cob-webs, cleaning of roof/drains, cleaning and disinfection of toilets etc with phenyl, neptha ball, acid etc complete in all respect of complete office premises at GE (AF) Suratgarh and Sub Divisions (Room, corridors, toilets, roofs, drains length/cross sections and open area in premises) by providing each Safaiwala in a shift of 08 hours complete in all respect as directed. Time schedule for shift will be as decided by GE. NOTES:- (i) Total 07 Safaiwala shall be employed per day on all working days excluding Sunday, National Holiday and Closed Holidays. (ii) Consumables items like acid, cleaning agents (Vim, detergents), brushes etc shall be provided by the department.
