I/We engage to supply the Western Railway with the articles specified above upon the terms of the Indian Railway Standard Conditions of Contract (latest revision) and upon the terms of the Revised Special Conditions and Instructions for the Guidance of the Contracts issued by the Western Railway The revised Special Conditions and Instructions to Tenderers & General Condition of Contract Version 2021/1 No No Not-Allowed

Evaluation Criteria : The Evaluation Criteria for this tender will be total value wise.

Bulk order will be placed on the firm having satisfactory past performance for tendered item or similar item to any zonal railway / Production units of Indian Railway. Firm to upload performance documents such as copy of PO, R note etc. Submission of proof of performance : As per para 2.6 of Tender terms and General Conditions VERSION 2021/1 issued by the Western Railway, (Revised on :2021 Version-2021/1)

Only OEM or its authorized agent/dealer t o quote tender specific authorization if OEM must be uploaded during bidding otherwise the tender is liable to pass over or summarily rejected.

CONSIGNEE

FOR: In case of road delivery, the date of delivery at destination[Consignee's end] shall only be treated as delivery date irrespective of F.O.R. / F.O.T. condition mentioned elsewhere in the contract / tender.

Tenderer must quote FOR destination rates, movement by road only.Clearly indicating the transport charges / freight element separately.Tenderer not accepting the term are likely to be passed over without any further references to the firm.

LIQUIDATED DAMAGE (LD) ON DELAYED SUPPLY: Recovery of Liquidated Damage (LD) shall be levied @ 1/2% (half percent) of the price of the store per week or part of the week during which delivery is accepted and the upper limit for recovery of LD in supply contracts is 10%(ten percent) of the value of contract irrespective of delays, unless otherwise provided, specifically in the contract.

Successful Tenderer should submit an undertaking that he will pay GST collected from Railway within due date and upload the payment details in GSTIN to enable Railway (purchaser) to obtain input tax credit.

Tenderers should furnish his GSTIN with copy of registration with his offer.

All the bidders / tenders should ensure that they are GST compliant and their quoted tax structure/rates are as per GST law.

In case the successful tenderer is not liable to be registered under CGST/IGST/ UTGST /SGST ACT. The Railway shall deduct the applicable GST from his / their bills under reverse charge mechanism (RCM) and deposit the same to the concerned tax authority

Firm Price: Tenderers should quote firm price.

Warranty as per IRS Conditions

a) MSE register firm to please indicate whether they are registered with any of the following Micro & Small Enterprises (MSE) agencies : District industries Centres, KVIC, KVIB, Coir Board, NSIC Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom or any other body specified by Ministry of MSME. (Name the agency clearly) b) If tenderer is registered with any of the above mentioned agencies, please indicate the terminal validity date of registration.
