8566/E8 TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS WORKS AT RTS AND DEPOT HEMPUR UNDER GE (EAST) BAREILLY

To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the "MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part I (Specifications) and MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part II (Rates) together with Errata / Amendments as applicable and upon the conditions contained in tender documents as may be demanded, and as are enumerated in the aforesaid, MES schedule the period of one year from the date mentioned in the Acceptance letter at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Standard Schedule of Rates. OR At such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of Condition 62 of IAFW 2249 (General Conditions of Contracts) 1989 Print with Errata / Amendments as applicable.
