NOTES: (APPLICABLE FOR QUOTING PRICES IN PRICE SCHEDULE)

The total lump sum price (for both Material Supply & Services) shall be inclusive of GST, insurance charges and transportation charges of material up to ONGC site and in-transit insurance from Vendor's/Sub-contractor's works to ONGC's site.

The quoted prices for material at "A" of price schedule are inclusive of Three (03) years comprehensive on-site warranty as per Warranty Clause 5 of SCC.

The bidders are required to ascertain themselves, the prevailing rates of GST as applicable on the schedule date of submission of Price Bids/revised Price Bids (if any) and quote all inclusive rates. ONGC would not undertake any responsibility whatsoever in this regard.

Bidders are required to submit in their un-priced bid, the complete bill of materials as a separate format, relevant to his offer providing for any additional item that may be required for successful implementation of the project, rather than merely stating compliance to site wise bill of material mentioned in bidding document.

The bidder must quote their GST rate, as applicable for supplies made in Ahmedabad, Gujarath. The rate of GST must be indicated in the price bid.

Bidder in his price bid shall quote his price against all items in the relevant column in Proforma Price Schedule.

Bidder shall ensure that cost given under materials, services etc. strictly tally with prices indicated in break-up of lump sum amounts (for basis of adjustments).

All cost shall be quoted in Indian rupees (INR) and payment shall also be made in Indian Rupees only.

Bidder in his price bid shall quote his price against all items in the relevant column in Proforma Schedule of prices.

Bidder shall put quoted against the item(s) in the Proforma of Schedule of Prices in the un-priced (techno-commercial) Bid as a confirmation that he has quoted against that particular item.
