Periodical maintenance of Kotenchaun to Chhelendi for the year 2025-26

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 mtr outside the periphery of the area and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per specification and as per the direction of Engineer -in –charge.

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads. Transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MORTH Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Supplying & filling moorum of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of following size Water Bound Macadam specification (75mm compacted thick) including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of gravel and sand as binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machinaries including all labour, T&P and cost, conveyance royalty & taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

WBM-G-III

Providing and laying tack coat with penetration grade of bitumen emulsion (RS) of 0.20 Kg per Sqm after scraping cleaning the road surface including cost, conveyance royalty of all materials, T&P labour, hire charges of machinaries etc. complete as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MOSRT&H and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 37.50 mm thick B.U.S.G. In one layers including scraping, cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3 kg bitumen for 10 sqm and laying 37.50 mm thick in one layer using 0.45cum of 25 mmto 40 mm sise hard granite metal and 12.00 kg bitumen for 10 sqm etc complete with conveyance of Bitumen , other materials T & P & all labour charges etc complete.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH spefn. clause No. 508 complete.

Finishing wall surface with waterproof cement paint of aproved shade 2 coats including watering, curing,cost of all materials & labour etc.

Construction of RCC guide posts of 200 mm dia M15 grade cast-in-situ with 20 mm nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC posts not to exceed 1 in 500 as per drawing and Technocal Specification Clause.
