Apply chalk whiting on plastered surfaces preparatory to distempering on wall, ceiling etc. as per specification & as directed.

Apply priming paints plaster coat / wall primer on plastered surfaces preparatory to distempering on wall, ceiling etc. as per specification & as directed.

Preparation of old decorated plastered surface free from dust, dirt, loose scales etc. including removal of nails repairs/ refilling of plug holes, cracks, minor pittings with cement mortar, lime putty, plaster of paris and supply & apply two coat white wash on ceiling etc. as per IS:712/1973 and as directed

Preparing of old decorated plastered surface on wall, cornices ,soffits, chajjas, facias etc. including removal of nails repairs/ re-filling of plug holes, cracks, minor pittings with cement mortar, lime putty plaster of paris, touching with primer, wetting the surface with water and supply & apply a coat of cement based paint including curing with water for two days and than supply & apply final coat cement based paint white or tinted as per specification 5410- 1969 and curing for two days all as directed (Total Two coats).

Preparation of old decorated plastered surface free from dust, dirt, loose scales etc. including removal of nails repairs/ refilling of plug holes, cracks, minor pittings with cement mortar, lime putty, JK/Birla wall putty, touching with primer, and Supply & Apply TWO coat of plastic Emulsion paint ( white or tinted) on plastered surfaces of roof projection, parapet wall etc. all as as per specification and as directed.

Preparation of old decorated wooden surfaces free from dust, dirt, loose scales, grease etc. scrapping with abbrasive paper or pumice stone touching up dents, scratches etc with primer and supply & apply one coat Fire Resistant paint , width/girth exceeding 10 cms, as per specification and as directed

Wirting letters or figures( Block, Roman, Italic, Indian ) 15 cm letters shall be painted with thick paint as directed .

Wirting letters or figures( Block, Roman, Italic, Indian ) 10 cm letters shall be painted with thick paint as directed .

Stops, commas, short lines, dashes hyphens. Bracket etc shall be painted with thick paint as directed.

Preparation of old decorated plastered surface / old painted steel surface free from dust,dirt,grease,loose scales etc. scrapping with abbrasive paper or pumice stone, touching up dents, scratches etc and supply & apply one coats of Fire Resistant paint white or tinted on steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and walls, ceiling, cornices etc. as per specification and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors, pavings & remove of dismantled material and depositing where directed

Forming V grooves in plaster not exc. 10 mm deep & not exceeding 10 mm on face and flush pointing with CM 1:4 to match with existing surface including curing etc. in brick / concrete / stone walls, ceiling, sides and soffits of roof projection, chajja, parapit wall etc. as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick / concrete / stone walls, ceiling, sides and soffits of roof projection, chajja, parapet wall etc. including rackingout joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.. as directed

Providing Rendering 12 MM thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using water proofing compound on internal & external walls ceiling , roof top etc including the cost of finishing & curing etc as directed.

Supplying and Laying cement concrete Type B2- 1:2:4 in foundations, filling , mass concrete including the cost of curing and finishing all as directed and as directed.

Providing & Laying of cement concrete D2-type, 1:4:8 mix. (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling, Floors etc. excluding the cost of form work but including the cost of finishing & curing etc. all as directed.

M & L, Forming construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with Grade 'A' sealing compound all as per specification and as directed.

Taking down bitumen mastic of any thickness and in any situation and and removing as directed.

M & L for 30 mm thick bitumen mastic wearing course ECG grade confirming to IS : 8374/1977 on wall, floor etc. in single layer, pressed and rolled the surface even and smooth over a coat of bitumenous primer, Required corbon only will be issued free of cost from factory, all as specified and as directed.
