Taking up cast iron water mains 150mm bore (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends & lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed Note : Excavation removal and RFR will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply, fix, test and commissioning of Ductile iron pipes 150mm bore with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast, class K-7, bearing ISI mark, in any length including jointing materials laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable Sluice Valve 150mm bore and S & F Sluice Valve 150mm bore PN 1.6, Non raising type, brass spindle with hand wheel head, screwed both ends for DI Pipe 150 mm bore including jointing material, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing valve chamber alongwith unserviceable rusted MS sheet cover and M & L for pit masonary for valves constructed with inner dimensions of 1100 x 1100 x 900 mm suitable for sluice valves upto 150mm with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 for foundation laterite stone masonary wall in CM1:6 and dressed to proper size, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for coping, rendering in CM 1:4, 15mm thick both side including provision of MS sheet cover fabricated out of 3mm thick sheet with angle iron frame made out of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm with locking arrangement and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed .

S & F DI specials such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch, "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs upto 150mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable Air release valve 80mm bore and S & F CI Air release valves 80mm bore with double air outlets conforming to IS-14845 and fixing to water mains complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for taking out/for laying under ground pipes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n-exc 25 cms in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
