S&F Steel work Tubular truss/ member incl special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1998 grade St 240. including all welding and fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F plate (plain /chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe 410-W (Gde - E - 250) Quality 'A', complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting on steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth in hard/dense soil for laying of GI/CI pipes, foundation of pole/ stay and laying of UG cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm including making good of disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F DWC tubing of size 90/75mm dia for laid in treches, along the pole/wall for protection of cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and layingof cable XLPE Insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with 1100Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MCCB 400 A, breaking capacity 63 KA at 415 V, four pole adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic settings confirming to IEC:60947-2 with extended terminals and separator links complete including doing connections with bus bar and outgoing cables, nuts bolts washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M & L of earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25 x 4mm (incl upto 7.5m), GI pipe 15mm bore by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion with charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 5, all excavation and earth work & connectiing the earthing to an earthing test point as specified and testing on complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling /taking down existing unsv ACSR conductor of any make and size and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium conductor steel re-inforced (ACSR) of size 6/1x2.59 mm (weasal) and Ferret or any other size as required at site (singe or mutiple run as directed) for HT lines on existing concrete/ HT steel tubular poles, stretching without kinks and bends, binding with (rates inclusive) binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including bolts, nuts & washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for inserting bolts, in any shape or size, as directed and inclusive of painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red-oxide primer including taking down the old worn out rusted materials and removal from site all as directed.

Dismantling HT insulator any type and size, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing of Polymer pintype porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator incl one mild steel spindle, two iron washers and iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia, suitable for 11000 volts and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for fixing of Polymer disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball socket type, white, brown or green suitable for 11000 volts and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for galvanised steel earth wire of 3.15 mm to 4.00 mm dia with hooks streching without kinks and bends, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
