Excavation in foundation trenches (for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, Jumper work, Saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiselling soft/hard rock where blasting work is prohibited in all leads and lifts i/c shoring,strutting, planking timbering and dewatering wherever required stacking the usable & unusable material Clear from the edge of excavation and than returing the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. Consolidationg each deposited ayer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth directed by the Engineer- in-charge within all lead & lift ( Chiselling work 30%soft rock & 70% hard rock)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement: 3approved sand : 6 approved graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thich welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering struttting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mts. And removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Foundation , foootings base of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Columns,pillars,posts and struts beyond 4.00 mtrs.

Beam, cantilevers, girder and lintels:- Sides and soffits of beam haunching cantilever, girder, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metres in depth with in all leads and lifts.

Flat surface such as soffits of suspeded floor s landing and the likes : up to 200 mm in thickness.

Edge of slab and breaks in floors and wall under 20cm wide.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1½:3 ( 1 cement:1½ approved sand :3 approved graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

Foundation , foootings base of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Lintel,beams girders,bresaumers and cantilevers up to floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement:2 approved sand :4 approved graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

Suspeded floor roofs landing shelves and their supports balconies beams girders,bresaumers and cantilevers up to floor two level.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work, including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed guard, bars, ladders railling, brackets and similar work

Providing and fixing chain pully block 5 M Tonne capacity with in all leads and lifts.

Providing & fixing angle iron door, window, clearstory window frame manufactured from steel iron section 40x40x6mm, thickness including hinges jamb,lock jamb,beed and if required angle thrasohold of mild steel angle 50x25mm welded or rigidly fixed bymechanical means, lugs, with split end tails to each jamb including steel but thinges 2.5mm thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge

2nd class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortor 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 approved sand)

6mm thick cement plaster to ceiling with cement mortor 1:3(1cement :3 sand)

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of stone/brick/concrete masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles,chamfers and/ or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. In Cement Mortar 1:4( 1 cement :4 sand)

Providing and fixing M.S fan clamp type I of 16mm dia M.S. bar bent to shape with hooked ends in RCC slab during laying including painting the exposed portion of loop,all as per standard design complete.

40mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 approved sand :4 approved graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in wooden/steel frames of window etc. with M.S flats,square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or screws. Plain Grill

Providing and fixing 1mm thick MS sheet garrage door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron 3.15mm MS gusset plates at junction and corners, all necessary fitting complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint.Using M.S angles 30mm x 6mm for diagonal braces with in all leads & lifts.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (Two Coats) to give an even shade over after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powered materials.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel scrapers sand paper complete.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, With readymixed paint other than white.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolts anodized colour and shade with bolts nuts and screw etc. complete. 250x16mm

Providing and fixing aluminium Tower bolts( Barrel Type) anodized transparent or dyed to required shade and colour screws etc. complete.150x10mm

Providing and fixing aluminium Handles anodized transparent or dyed to required colour of shade with necessary screws etc. complete 100mm.
