Replacement of damage/defective VCB of 33 KV Hospital Bay at 132 KV Sub-Station, Bahraich, providing and fixing of various material at 220 KV Sub-Station, Bahraich and 132 KV Sub-Station, Bhinga under ETD Bahraich

Dismantling of damaged 36 KV VCB from 33 KV bay including opening of both side jumpers, opening of cable termination and earthing strips. This work also includes other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily.

Safe shifting of damaged 36 KV VCB and other materials from work site to open store a directed by engineer.

Modification of existing foundation and Refabricating of auxiliary structure of damaged 33 KV breaker as per the suitability of new breaker to be installed at 33 KV feeder. This work included cutting and bending of exiting auxiliary structure. welding, punching holes in the existing/ new galvanized angle such that modified structure should be able to support the new breaker.

Erection of New 36 KV VCB on existing breaker structure in safe way including modification of existing structure and all associated work to complete the job satisfactorily.

Jumpering of new 36 KV VCB on both sides with 06 Nos. panther jumper if requirement all associated work to complete the job satisfactorily.

Cable termination of VCB including ferrules, cable glands and all associated work to complete the job along with men, misc. consumable, T&P, lug, cable gland, ferrule etc. will be provided by contractor at his own cost.

Re-Earthing of 36 KV Circuit Breaker by cutting bending & welding of 50x6 mm MS Flat to existing riser work includes checking of existing nser connectivity to earthmate painting of existing riser earth flat with one coat of red oxide and two coat of black/bus green enamel paint of standard make after cleaning of strip/angle for rust/dust fire including cost of men material and T&P as per direction of supervising engineer to complete the job satisfactorily

Repairing of Operating mechanism of old VCB of Bay including travel measurement of moving Rod, checking of C.B. Contact continuity, dismantling of Tie Rod Assembly, cleaning & greasing of its all roller pins and its re-assembly. Rectification of problem in Electrical Circuit including Aux. Contact Block, checking of Auto Operation of Spring Charging Motor, setting of Limit Switches, Measurement of Contact Resistance of all the Poles using Contact Resistance Meter. Measurement of Closing & Tripping Time of all the Poles with help of Digital Time Measurement Equipment, Checking of healthiness of the Vacuum Interrupter by using Vacuum Interrupter Tester and finally checking of opening & closing operation of the Circuit Breaker on Remote and Local.

Safe loading, carriage and unloading of 33 KV VCB by truck/private vehicle & Hydra from 132 KV Sub-Station, Bhinga approx. 40 KM.
