Annual maintenance of external sanitation of Regional Hospital Colony and Rescue Colony in Chirimiri Area

Contractual assistance for removal of garbage and building rubbish from colony on daily basis by mechanical transport including loading and unloading of any lead and lift as per instruction of EIC (Contractor has to deploy min 01Nos. Of unskilled labour SAFAI Karmchari per day).

Cleaning of drain of all sizes all RB and NRB as per requirement in colony including cost of required tools like fawda Belcha khurpi bamboo etc as per instruction of EIC including cost of drains manure and back side of garbage should carry lead upto 75m complete.(Contractor has to deploy min 03 Nos. Of unskilled labour SAFAI Karmchari per day).

Removal and disposal of dead bodies complete as per instruction of EIC. Big animals like Cow, buffalow etc.

Contractual assistance for mechanically cleaning of septic tank qtrs etc of any RB and NRB as per requirement in colony including cost of required tools like pump cable switch bucket shovel rod etc including safe disposal of malba and removing of slab and refixing of the same as per instruction of EIC.

Contractual assistance for mechanically cleaning of choked inspection chamber at qtrs including any RB and NRB building as per requirement in colony upto floor V level including cost of required tools like pump, rod, hose, bucket, shovel crowbar etc including sewer pipe line at connected chambers including removing and refixing of cover slab as per instruction of EIC.

Contractual assistance for broming, sweeping works for road, ground and campus of all RB and NRB building as per requirement in colony upto floor V level cleaning of floor of building by water including cost of cleaning agent like Phynile harpic detergent lyzol detol neptheline ball odonile etc required accessories and broom as per EIC.(Contractor has to deploy min 01 Nos. Of unskilled labour SAFAI Karmchari per day).

Cleaning roof of all sizes all RB and NRB as per requirement in colony including removing of vegetation , dirt and dust by manually and disposal of the same up to 50m of the periphery area cleared etc. as per instruction of EIC .(Contractor has to deploy min 01 Nos. Of unskilled labour SAFAI Karmchari per day).

Brick work with Fly ash bricks of size 230 x 110 x 70 mm and having crushing strength 75 kg/sqcm to 100 kg/sqcm as per the specification in foundation and plinth in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)
