Demolition below G.L upto 1.50 mtr depth including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within 20 mtrs lead un-reinforced cement concrete upto more than 15cm thickness including carriage of materials. Within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of stone masonry above G.L uptofloor two level including stacing of serviceable matrials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within 20mtrs lead and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft/hard rock, chiseling wedging out of rock where blasting in prohibited saturated soil including bailing / pumping out of water, stacking the excavated soil in all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then deposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 mtrs in pick and jumper work 50% and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement:5sand:10 water borne aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundaton and plinth incuding carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement:5sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete workin:-

Wall any thickness but not less than 0.1mtr thickness attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8 graded stone agg. 40mmnominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in CM 1:4 (1cement: 4sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (2nd class bricks).

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens ballies, height of propping and cent ring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Foundation footing basis of columns etc. and mass concrete complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landings and the like floors etc. up to 200mm thickness.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Column pillars posts and struts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls (under 20 cmt wide) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm thick cement plaster in single coat of rough side of brick /Stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises internal rounded angles chamfers and / or round angles not exceeding in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:5 (1cement: 5sand) and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts

15 mm thick cement plaster in single coat of fair side of brick / conctete/Stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises internal rounded angles chamfers and / or round angles not exceeding in80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4sand) and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly as in wire crate apron bund (wire crates to be measured separately) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up section including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed guard, bars, ladders, railing brackets and similar works and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing cast iron manhole cover 500mm dia (Heavy duty) with frame not ess than 116kg complete in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing corrugated GI sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and GI limpet washers filled with white lead, including a cost of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete ( upto any pitch in horizontal/Vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required, 1.00 mm thick with zonc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC rain water pipe including fitting and complete in all respect in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give and even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dustmortarand other foreign matter.

Kota stone slab flooring 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4sand) laid over and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete 40mm thick

Providing laying jointing and testing in trenches Centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron (Spun) spigot and socketed pressure pipes confirming to IS: 8329-2000 with upto date amendments in length of 5.50 mtr class K7 inside sulphate resisting portland cement (Conforming to IS: 12330 or 6909 with latest amendments) mortor lining including zinc coating on external surface, suitable for Tyton / (push on joints) short pieces,tail pieces , plugs of required sizes with proper ceiling component in a random length of 5 mtrs including cutting of pipes, chamfering where required. The laying of pipe and jointing shall be as per relevant ISI code and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts (Earth work to be measured and paid for separately).
