Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including removing the debris from site to out site MoD land.

M&L for brick work with sub Class 'B' bricks using old size, straight or curved on plain exc 6.00 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified.

All as per item No. 2.00 above but except bricks (Note: - Old serviceable bricks obtained from demolition shall be re-used under under this item).

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar in 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces inclusing finished even and fair surface without using extra cement all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position and any description including cutting of reinforcement bars to facilitate demolition including removing the debris from site to out site MoD land.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landing, manhole covers, slabs, chajjas, shelves and similar work with plain faces and setting in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 200 mm bore (salt glazed stoneware / AC / RCC) set in cement mortar all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 150 mm bore (salt glazed stoneware / AC / RCC) set in cement mortar all as specified.

S&F for 200 mm bore Reinforced cement concrete pipe class NP-2, laid and jointed with collars in neat cement slurry all as specified.
