Supply & install, testing and commissioning in replacement of outdoor type floor mounted LT panel suitable for 415 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system conforming to IS : 8623/93, floor mounted, factory made, weather and vermin proof, fully ventilated and fabricated out of angle iron 40mm X 40mm X 6mm thick frame work and CRCA sheet 2mm thick having Aluminum bus bar of rating 600 Amps, three phase and one neutral fixed on insulator and bus bar insulated by coloured heat shrinkable sleeves. Taking down old unserviceable LT Panel including dismantling of cable complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 Metre in depth for foundation of pole and laying of underground electric cable in soft/loose soil complete all specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Metre above the starting point complete all specified and directed.

Supply and spread River Sand for cushioning and covering of UG cables in trenches complete all specified and directed. (Note : For measurement purpose only punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type-I flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all specified and directed.

Supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning of 9M GI Octagonal pole single section with bottom dia 155mm, top dia 70mm having sheet thickness 3mm. The door height cutout should not be more than 500mm with door elevation 500mm. The size of the reinforced rod should be 30x4mm. Size of the base plate should be 250 x 250 x 16mm with thickness of base plate 16mm(Minimum). PCD for the holes should be 260mm with foundation bolt dia M24, length of the foundation bolt 750mm with four foundation bolts .Pole should have arm to mount Single Flood light with 15-degree Arm bracket and the total height of the pole should be 9000 mm above the finished Ground level including PCC foundation, J Bolt, nuts and washers as per the drawing of Manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 90 Watt LED Street light with pressure dia cast Aluminium housing and toughened glass with high power LED, Efficiency should be more than 110 lumen/watt, The luminaries should be of IP-66 Protection and should have 10KV external surge protection and 4KV Internal surge protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galavanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron wire 4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point including excavation and earth work, PCC chamber, RCC chamber cover, watering pipe, funnel etc including testing on completion.

Supply and fixing isolator TPN 415V, 50Hz of capacity 32A complete all directed.

Material & Labour wiring along with earth wire 2 x 4Sqmm + 1 x 4 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in PVC conduit for connecting street light from isolator complete all directed.

Supply and fixing streetlight timer panel 3 phase, 415V, 50Hz digital 24hours with contactor 32A TP with all accessories complete all directed.

Dismantling of concrete pole any size complete all directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling/ taking down streetlight fitting of any size complete all directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling and removing UG cable of any size complete all directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and Fix LED decorative street Lantern, with system wattage of 30 Watt, electrical class I, with a grey painted top and frame made of die casted aluminium, and a structured acrylic protector (for optimal luminous flux and IK06 impact resistance) permanently sealed onto the body to achieve separate IP 66 optical & IP 65 control gear compartments with direct access to control gear, each LED with a special lens for uniform photometric distribution. The luminaries shall have a CCT of 4000K and colour Rendering Index ≥70, a driver (efficiency ≥85%) with internal surge protection of 4/4 Kv and external surge protection of 10/10 kV 70% (L70) @ 50000hours complete all as directed.

Supply and Fix 2.05 metre height tubular pole made of hot dipped galvanized iron, having two sections, bottom section of minimum 750mm (Length) & 114mm dia and the top section with minimum of 1300mm (Length) & 76mm dia, in built junction looping box at bottom section with 32 A heavy duty 4 way connector for loop in & loop out and with MS base plate dimension of 200x 200x 12mm thickness, The pole should be given with two coats of epoxy primer and above that it should be given with polyurethane UV resistant coating, The complete system should be hot dipped Galvanised treated with average GI thickness 65mm including PCC foundation, J Bolt, nuts and washers as per the drawing of Manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filing and mass concrete with and including necessary form work complete all as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Amount of Credit Schedule shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
