Disconnecting, removing the water ,electric connections and taking out carefully the old existing defective electric motor, 20 HP of booster pump / centrifugal pump of any description and in any position, dismantling and strip opening of the motor, removing the old existing burnt windings, cleaning the slots & rewinding of the electric motor 20 HP, operating on 415 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz AC supply with existing gauge super enameled copper wire, including insulating material such as illuminous paper, Letherized paper, cotton tape, glass sleeves insulating varnish etc for powering multistage booster pumps/ centrifugal pumps & testing at workshop and transportation to site & refixing on existing platform complete, all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, removing the water, electric connections and taking out carefully defective booster/centrifugal pump of capacity 20 HP, DSM model of Make Kirloskar,, three phase, 415 V, AC supply and carrying out necessary repairs and replacement of bearing bush, gland plate, impeller, nuts and bolts etc, any trasportation to workshop if required, Repair to bearing housing with metling and turning and fixing the same in position and testing on full load complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply only the following items/spare parts suitable for centrigugal pump of capacity 15KW/20HP dismantled/fixed under Sch `A` item No 2 here in above complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, testing & commissioning in replacement of unserviceable Power Contactor ML-4 type, 3 pole, coil voltage 415 / 440 Volts, 50 Hz with 2 NO + 2 NC auxiliary contacts, having current rating (AC3) of 30 Amps at 415 volts complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair to run lead joints of size 80mm bore including caulking properly with using old retrieved lead from taking up or down pipes but with and including using new spun yarn for the following sizes of CI pipes/fittings etc complete, all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Earth work in excavation, returning filling in and removal shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Additional quantity of lead, if any required, for making new joints other than the quantity of lead retrieved from taking up / down pipes, shall be measured and paid for separately as ‘’supply only’’ under appropriate item of Schedule `A'

Supply only pig lead of best quality conforming to IS : 782 – 1978 for providing lead joints complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply &Fixing in replacement of unserviceable mild steel work as motor pump protection cage/ over head tank ladder etc. of suitable size of flat iron ,cut to shape, including bending and welding as necessary, etc.conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, with and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick masonry including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, holdfast and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary form work complete, all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose soil including forming sides and bottom surface to required levels/slops/gradients etc. complete, all as specified and directed. Note:- The disturbed surface of roads/paths/plinths etc. shall be repaired and quoted rates deemed to include this aspect.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete, all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing galvanised steel water tubing of medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, unions, nipples, short pieces etc and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including dismantling existing steel tubing and connections fixed at any location all as directed for the following sizes:- Note:- (i) The rates quoted inclusive of cutting, jointing and testing of the pipe.

M & L for cleaning/ scraping of steel/ cast iron surfaces of existing dull painting of Valve pit chamber inner pipe lines and valves etc and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer by spray machine complete, all as specified and directed. Note : The Chamber, valves, connected pipe line etc. shall be painted according to colour code specified as per IS Instructions complete, all as specified and directed at site.

M&L in replacement of unserviceable Indicator lamps of any size & capacity after disconnecting all the electrical connections and supplying, fixing connecting and testing Indicator lamps neon type suitable for 220 volts 50Hz, AC supply including wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable complete, all as specified and directed. M&L in replacement of unserviceable volt meter of any description and supply, fixing, connecting and testing Digital type of size 96mm x 96mm, AC Volt meter 500 Volts including wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable complete, all as specified and directed. M&L for cleaning and disinfecting of RCC semi under ground tank of 50,000 gallon capacity any shape by initially cleaning the external area and the entry man hole with skilled manpower with protective clothing and apparatus etc and approved electrically operated equipments including all tools, tacles and labour equipments e.g. electric machines, pumps (including desludging pump), pressure water jet, sludge removal etc. required for completion of the work in all respect by specialized water tank cleaning process as under: (i) Dewatering of over head tank by drain out pipe. (ii) Mechanized removal of all remaining dirty water by high capacity pump set. (iii) Removal of sludge by vacuum operated Pump. (iv) Cleaning of walls, ceiling and bottom of tank by high pressure rotary jet 120 bars pressure. (v) Removal of all dirty particles by industrial wet vacuum cleaner leaving the tank 99.9% physically cleaned. (vi) Sterilization of tank by Echo-Friendly biodegradable and highly effective anti bacterial non toxic agent approved by NTC (National Toxicology Center) against all pathogens agent of tank clean. (vii) Sterilization of tank atmosphere by industrial UV radiator leaving the tank complete sterlite by specialized method (viii) After complete treatment is carried out, all inlet, over flow, delivery, wash out pipes, ladder and doors shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint after thorough cleaning the surfaces and also the surfaces of sluice valves shall be painted with P.O. Red paint and writing " capacity of tank, date of cleaning and due date of cleaning" on wall as specified and as directed. Notes: (i)The work will be got executed from the reputed specialized water tank cleaner as approved by GE. (ii) All the sludge materials / fungus removed from the underground sump / semi underground sump and over head tanks will be removed outside defence land from the site. (iii) All underground sump / semi underground sum and overhead tanks will cleaned in all respect upto 3 mtr around the water tanks. (iv) All T & P required for the cleaning of tanks / Sumps will be arranged by the contractor. (v) The wire mesh of ventilations of the tank shall be replaced with new mesh. (vi) The cost of the same shall be deemed included in the respective items.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of unserviceable electronic auotmatic phase sequence corrector device working on IC based technology, capable to correct disturbed pahse sequence, prvent the motor from reverse rotation, ptotect motor from phasing, low / high voltage cut with time delay between 350 Volt to 480 volts with 60 second delay, protection against unbalanced load of two phase out of three phase supply system withnout Contractor and box complete all as specified and directed Make as approved by GE.

Supply only set of 25 pcs chlorine tablets contained in plastic cylindrical sealed disposable sanitizwe refill for disinfection of drinking water with arrangement for controlled release of disinfectant in water suitable for operation through for recommended dosing system.

Collecting the sample of water from each source "bore well" and testing the sample for physical, chemical & bacteriological parameters and submitting the report in duplicate with comparison by IS-10500, complete for 29 parameter.

Labour only for checking the serviceability of the pipe line of any description and fixed in any position & replacement of un-serviceable/damaged/ broken parts either in single or in combination, dismantling and re-assembling the pipe fittings, CI pig lead/ lead wool joint and making the pipe lines serviceable, fixing the pipe fittings in position, connecting to water supply and its testing on installation complete, all as specified and directed, by Engr-in-charge by emplooying one plumber and one helper (Un-skilled) by receving complaint slip from MES service centre and returning the same after completion the job to MES authority complete, all as specified and directed here in after in notes. NOTES :- (i) Replacement of parts i.e nipple, union, elbow, bend, reducer & etc for 15/20/25/40/50mm GI pipe fittings and CI pipe peag lead/ lead wool of any cap joints if any required at site, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A' as ‘supply only. (ii) Necessary T&P i.e. ladder, tools etc required for checking and making the pipe fittings in serviceable conditions, its fixing in position and testing shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost for checking and fixing of pipe fittings of any description on walls / ground etc i.e. in any position at site.
