Taking down the unserviceable water level indicator with complete accessories like wire rope etc from the over head reservoir complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fabrication & fixing of the water level indicator frame made out of MS sheet 2 mm thick of size 1'x12' and hollow MS bar/angle iron 50x50x6 mm including all fixing arrangement incl painting two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl level marking and fixing on OHT complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing steel wire rope of size 6 mm dia of best quality for fixing of water level indicator, pulley and complete fixing arrangement and 350 mm metal float valve incl testing of indicator complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) All tools and plant, scaffolding shall be made available by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid. (ii) The contractor shall submit the certificate of insurance of staff working on OHT before starting the work. The department will not be liable for any mis-happening or accident occurs during the course of work.

Material and labour for fixing the leakage of run lead joints suitable for 80 mm bore CI/DI pipe and fittings including jointing material such as lead, spun yarn etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fixing the leakage of run lead joints suitable for 100 mm bore CI/DI pipe and fittings including jointing material such as lead, spun yarn etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fixing the leakage of run lead joints suitable for 150 mm bore CI/DI pipe and fittings including jointing material such as lead, spun yarn etc complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance and repair to leakage/blockage of water supply CI/DI pipe line of 80 mm to 300 dia size including necessary excavation required for taking out burning out lead joint or damaged rubber ring/hole from position and making the disturbed surfaces as per existing surface after replacing new spun yarn and lead joint or Tyton joint/D-joint or necessary fitting required as per site properly and making the pipe line leak proof completly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintenance and repair to leakage/blockage of CI/DI vertical pipes of OHTs and semi UG sump size of 80 mm to 200mm dia including T&P reqd for taking out UNSV Pipe or burning out lead joint or damaged rubber ring/hole from position and making the disturbed surfaces as per existing surface after replacing new spun yarn and lead joint or Tyton joint/D-joint or new flanged DI pipe of existing size (if reqd) incl necessary fitting required as per site properly and making the pipe line leak proof completly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge: Note (i): All T&P for climbing up to OHT or going down in UG sump, will be provided by contractor. (ii) New flanged pipe including all fittings (if reqd) will be measured and paid saperately under relevent items. (iii) All safety provisions must be followed strictly by contractor during execution of work.

Complete removal of the wild grass/ vegetation from surrounding area of OHTs, Tubeswells/Boosters and installations area and making the surface clear and plain and spraying roundup chemical on the same clean area as directed after removing and depositing the same at a distance not less than 50 mtr away from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note All reqd T&P will be provided by the contractor.

Material and labour for rubber moulded machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver with gray cement confirming to IS - 15658-2000 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade as in path, hard standing etc laid over and including 25mm compacted sand cushioning ,including 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate including surface excavation over area n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil and removing excavated soil exc 50mtr but n. exc 250mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for making Header of 350 mm/300mm dia of min 3m to 6 m of length and (pipe thickness 6mm to 8mm), for two raising main from existing pipe line and one direct water supply pipeline connected to header with two no of outlets of 150mm dia each having provision to provide sluice valves each of size 150mm at inlet as well as oulet pipelines, raising main from existing pipeline with all complete asessories including welding/cutting of pipes and flanges etc to its connected items , sluice valves, PCC foundation of suitable size for giving support to header complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Fittings upto 200mm size (such as tee , bends, duckfoot bends, reducers) sluice valves, brick & PCC work required for making the header shall be paid seperately.

Material and labour for RCC slab cover of size min 1.mx0.5m having TMT bars of size minimum 10mm dia with gap n.exc 75mm between two rows for valve pits in single piece or double piece as per suitable size of pit with handles to lift, atleast 100 mm thick having provision of valve key slot including demolition of existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Foot valve with flanged ends with nut-bolts and rubber gasket suitable for pipe of size 100 mm including taking out the unserviceable foot valve from the pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 267045.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
