The System Luminaire efficacy >= 120 lm/watt with High power LEDs is to be used and potted driver must be potted & has a unique BISR number with input voltage AC 140 V to 270 V AC with High voltage Cut off @ >= 300 V AC and auto resetting safety Input Frequency 50 Hz ± 3 % , Power factor > 0.95 driver Efficiency > 85 %, THD (I) < 10 %, humidity 10 % to 90 % RH, CRI >70, Working Temp -10 C to 50 C. The Luminaire shall be BIS certified and T.C certified. Life Expectancy Equal or more than 50000 burning hrs with Minimum 70 % lumen maintaned and CCT 5700 K+335K. Surge protection shall be min>= 4 KV internal and min 10 KV external. Note-: The manufacture should provide warranty of street light for 2 years.

Taking down old street light from pole for repairing of street light fitting /luminaries of any size/type/make control wiring including replacement of LED drivers 45/60/70 W and refixing the same street light on pole after repair,checking the continuity from pole to pole junction boxes all as directed by Engr-in-charge . Note : The LED driver rate deemed to be included on the quoted rate.

M&L for replacement light grade GI bracket made out of 32 mm dia light grade pipe 1.2 mtr long bend to shape as directed fixed to steel tubular pole with two number MS clamp made out of 40x5 mm flat iron duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide Zink crome primer with and including nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix street light control panel 16 A 3 pole,230 V Analog time switch including three phase contactor outdoor type clamped on pole with MS clamp, nut bolt , washer etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for preparing old painted steel surfaces by scrubbing with emery paper/wire brush and applying two coats of aluminium paint to 9 mtr long steel tubular street light poles complete with connected fittings such as brackets and writing the pole number with black enamelled paint of 25mm high letters on 10 cm dia circle in white paint complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking out unserviceable /UG cable /OH line of any size carefully from trenches/poles/ducts/LT panels, OH conductors at different locations all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying , fixing or passing through pipe, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or fixed to LT panel board, insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, XLPE , 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area of size 16 Sqmm 4 core with all as specified and directed. by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying , fixing or passing through pipe, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or fixed to LT panel board, insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, XLPE , 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area of size 10 Sqmm sqmm 2 core with all as specified and directed. by Engr-in-charge.
