M&L for conducting hydrostatic test for 250 mm dia DI pipe K9 class by using suitable capacity of test pump for each test section, testing procedure such as venting the air from the pipeline, filling the pipe with water & discharging water after test,fixing pressure gauge,length of the pipe section, flushing, drying and cleaning of the pipeline complete all as per IS 10802, the pressure test shall be performed with pressure applied for a period of not less than ten minutes as per IS & all joints shall be carefully inspected for evidence of leakage after test and to be recorded all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in -Charge

-ditto- all as per item No 1 here-in before but for 200mm DI pipeline

-ditto- all as per item No 1 here-in before but for 100mm DI pipeline

Material and labour for detecting leakage/insertion of specials in Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes of 250/200/150 bore of pipe and 50 mm CPVC pipe line in any location, including necessary earthwork excavation in any type of soil not less than 1.5x1.5x1.5 m and repairing and arresting leakage by providing Jointing Material, Flanged Clamps, Nuts, Washers & Bolts or concrete thrust blocks suitable for the pipe size etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A sufficient time for the curing of concrete thrust blocks must be allowed before the test is made. All backfilling and compaction over and around the pipes and thrust blocks must be completed except for the pipe joints to be left open for observation of any leaks, before the test is made .Fittings like Tee,tappers bend , pipe and thrust block etc & CPVC pipe fittings shall be measured under relevant items complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying/fixing only and testing for CPVC pipes 50mm dia SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying on walls or ceiling or laying in floors at roof top complete all as specified. Note I:- CPVC pipe 50mm dia SDR 11 will be issued under Sch 'B' for ' Free for fixing' only. Note II:-Fittings like union,Tee sockets will be measured and paid seperately.

Laying/fixing only and testing for DI pipes conforming to IS:8329 with spigot/socket end joints,centrifugally cast,class 'K-9' 250 mm bore laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note I:- DI pipe 250mm dia will be issued under Sch 'B' for ' Free for fixing' only. Note II:-Fittings like union,Tee sockets will be measured and paid seperately.

Laying/fixing only and testing DI pipes conforming to IS:8329 with spigot/socket end joints,centrifugally cast,class 'K-9' 200 mm bore laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note I:- DI pipe 200mm dia will be issued under Sch 'B' for ' Free for fixing' only. Note II:-Fittings like union,Tee sockets will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and Laying only for DI pipes conforming to IS:8329 with spigot/socket end joints,centrifugally cast,class 'K-9' 100 mm bore laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for rubber gasket for joint each length of pipe (EPDM gasket conforming to IS:5382/1985) complete suitable for 250mm bore spigot/socket end joints,centrifugally cast,class 'K-9' ductile iron pipe complete all as specified

Supply and fixing for rubber gasket for joint each length of pipe (EPDM gasket conforming to IS:5382/1985) complete suitable for 200/100mm bore spigot/socket end joints,centrifugally cast,class 'K-9' ductile iron pipe complete all as specified

Material and labour for cutting of ductile iron pipe of size 250/200/100 mm bore for intersection of butterfly valves/insertion of specials for arresting leakages/taking connection complete in any locatiion Note: including necessary earthwork excavation in any type of soil not less than 1.5x1.5x1.5 m , returning &removal etc shall be measured under Item No.04

M&L for DI specials IS:8359 pipes suitable for spigot socket ends pipes i.e. bends increasing,decreasing,tee pieces ,collars, caps and plugs of size upto 250mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only plain CPVC SDR 11 following fittings suitable for 50 mm bore CPVC pipe complete :-

Supply , fixing and testing wafer type butterfly valve of size 100mm bore quarter turn PN 1.6 CI body SG iron disc Operated complete confirming to IS 13095 with connecting accessories nuts, bolts etc all as specified

Supply and fixing for 5 pair, 0.5 sqmm armoured communication cable with copper conductor drawn in and including HDPE pipe of dia 20 mm for protection of cable all as specified and as directed. Make : POLYCAB/Havells/Finolex

M&L for taking down motorised operating valve (SCADA system) from existing pipe line upto 250mm dia including down rod complete set when and where as directed by disconnecting all connected cables with trained manpower without any damage and keeping in safe custody and refixing of the same when and where as directed using all necessary connectors nuts bolts and operating testing complete to the satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. (Note: The quoated rates shall be deemed inclusive of cost of any minor alteration in the system)

Supply and fixing for mild steel, angles, bars, flats etc for supports for motor actuated (SCADA valve) and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde- E-165 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for road cutting not exceeding 1.5 M width and 1.5 M depth including excavation,returning, filling in,spreading levelling,well ramming in layers,soling with broken boulders / stones,suitable size coarse aggregate and making good complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. Note: (i) Actual executed depth, width and length of road shall be measured. (ii) Concerete shall be measured under relevant item

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof/fitting of DI etc complete all as specified.and directed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for construction of Valve Chamber of size 900 X 900 X 900 mm internal size suitable for Sluice Valve, with PCC (1:4:8), Type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation, 200 mm thick Precast Cement Concrete Solid Block Masonry of (1:3:6) Type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in Cement Mortar (1:6) 40 mm thick PCC, (1:2:4) Type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate Coping, rendering in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick including provision of Mild Steel Sheet Cover 3 mm thick with 40 X 40 X 6 mm size Angle Iron frame work embedded in concrete with suitable hinges and locking arrangements including two coat of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to steel surfaces and including necessary earth work excavation in any type of soil etc., removal of surplus soil and rubbish not exceeding 50m distance and including demolition of old Valve Chambers of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting roof of mulitistorey building/ RCC tank suitable for taking up/connecting 50 mm CPVC pipe line and making good surface by filling concrete all as specified and as directed. Note: Concreting shall be measured under separate item

M&L for cutting existing CPVC/GI pipe line of size 50 mm and connecting up with new CPVC line all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation if required/ cpvc fittings required at site to complete the work shall be measured under relevant item

M&L for demolition of concrete of any size for taking out fitiings of pipe lines or jointing new pipe line all as specified and as directed

M&L for dismantling 250/200/100 mm plug by unscrewing nuts and bolts from water pipe line and connecting respective pipe line into it all as specified and as directed.

S&F brass ball valves of 50 mm dia with rotating spindle all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for insertion of butter fly valves in Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes of 250/200/150 bore of pipe in any location, including necessary earthwork excavation in any type of soil not less than 1.5x1.5x1.5 m and repairing and arresting leakage complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Fittings required at site shall be measured under relevant item.
