providing and laying in position ready mixed or batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sourcees, Portland Pozzolana ? Ordinary Portland / Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proporations as per IS : 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. Steel Work

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet sliding-shutters, with frame and diagonal braces of 40x40x6 mm angle iron, 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, 25 mm dia pully, 40x40x6 mm angle and T-iron guide at the top and bottom respectively, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, MS tube challies, MS clamps and MS staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building atc whwreever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Demolition cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material with in 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

In cement mortar

Providing and laying 150mm thick R.C.C. pavement of Mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant.The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator,vacuume dewatering process and finally finished by floating,brooming with wire brush etc.Complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer -In-Charge ( Including the panel shuttering work) Note:- (Minimum cement content for this item 330 Kg/cum and excess / less cement used as per design mix report.)

Non Schedule Items

Providing and laying Non Shrink Grouting material like foscrock,Sika etc.

Provding laying and spreading material on a prepared sub grade, adding cement @2% by weight to the spread material manully, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the vibro road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base.( GSB)

40-63 mm gauge

Supplying, Even Spreading and Applying approved make Natural Cement Colour Non Metallic floor hardener (50 Grade) compound of over the concrete floor surface, the rate is inclusive finished smooth with the mechanical power trowel.(5.0 kg per sq.mtr hardender Spreading) (Make-FOSROC /Samrock/ BASF)

Supply & laying of 250 micron HDEP Sheet including 500mm overlap joints and joints sealed with heating and brown tape.

Providing laying and fixing in position 2mm thick Translucent Roof light sheets matching to the roof sheet profile with necessary fixtures, etc. complete.

E.W. in Embankment

A) Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved by Engineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1, with all lifts and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5

Granular Sub-base

Providing & laying granular sub-base by well graded material grade-I, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC,and compacted with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per Technical Soecification clause 401 of MORD [Sr No 4.1]

Earth work

Earth work in ordinary soil on shoulders with approved material up to 100 meter lead , laying in 15 cm thick compacted layers, breaking clods, dressing to required lines, curves , grade & section, watering and compaction to meet requirements as per MORD Specification .

C.C. Road

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501.
