RequiredTo qualify for award of this contract, the Consultant in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25. Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs. 2.00 Lakhs from Consultancy Services which are Civil in Nature

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders.

The departments shall not be responsible for non accessibility of e Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

Furnish the details in the formats attached with bid document and upload the same

The bidder shall note that for terms & conditions of requirements, qualification criteria refer bid document and uploaded in the portal.

Consultant should Empanelled in Karnataka PWD North, East zone Kalaburagi.

Pre site visit and pre Bid meeting attending is mandatory for tender participation

The turnover certificate shall invariably contain UDIN

The Assignment of preparation of DPR and Structural design drawings including land acquisition proposals shall be completed within Three months from the date of Agreement.

THE BIDDERS/CONSULTANTS ARE INSTRUCTED TO SUBMIT ONLY RELEVENT INFORMATION WITH RECORDS AS REQUIRED AND SPECIFIED IN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA.ANY JUNK, SUPERFLOUS AND UNNECESARY DOCUMENTS IF UPLOADED WILL TREATED AS MISLEADING AND SUCH TENDERS ARE LIABLE TO BE REJECTED.

The tenderer shall note that rates quoted are inclusive of all taxes, GST etc., It may be noted that GST will not be paid separately.

The Tenderer must submit Work Experience/Consultancy work done documents duly attested by Gazzeted Officer and also produce original documents to the Executive Engineer for confirmation

The Employer reserves the right to reject one or all tender without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing KPPP.

It may be noted that the cost of the Tender form shall not be refundable

Department will not supply any equipments/materials.

The Consultants Should have experience in Preparation of DPR and Structural design of Circles costing minimum Rs. 200.00 Lakhs in one year within previous five years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 ,2023-24 and 2024-25

Consultant agreed for any Corrections/any changes said by the implementing agency within successful completion period of the work without any any payment (free of cost).

Consultant shall note that the 80% of payment will be done after Finalization of DPR & After ADM of the DPR.

Remaining of 20% payment will be done after tender floating on KPP Portal
