Supply, Installation and configuration of CCTV Camera and Networking System at sulphur godown of SA Plant and supply, digging and laying of OFC from phase-II weigh bridge area to the end of road cutting near CISF room, Phase-II at FACT-CD.

Supply, Installation and configuration of CCTV Camera & Networking System at sulphur godown of SA Plant & supply, digging and laying of OFC from phase-II weigh bridge area to the end of road cutting near CISF room, Phase-II at FACT-CD.

Supply & laying of Armoured CAT6 cable inside HDPE conduit (32mm). The work includes supply of CAT6 Armoured cable and laying the same overhead through HDPE conduit. Any route taken above ground viz. on compound walls or along steel girders or structural or cable ducts or cables tray shall be considered as overhead route. After laying, the conduit shall be properly tied/fixed using proper aluminium clamps/cleats so that any kind of hanging /sagging shall be avoided. Breaking the wall/floor drilling holes to fix the clamps/ installing the conduit, laying the cable and plastering the wall shall be done by the contractor as required. Metal steel tags shall be used for identification of OFC/Cat 6 cables laid through overhead routes. Bidder shall supply and use the CAT6 cable as per Annexure IIIA. Other materials like aluminium clamps/ cleats and metal tag required for the work shall also be supplied by the bidder.

Supply & Laying of HDPE conduit for cables as per attached specification in Annexure-IIIG.

Supply & Laying of Armoured XLPE power cable 3 core * 2.5 mm2 through HDPE conduits of 32mm size as per attached specification in Annexure-IIIC.

Supply of PTZ camera with specifications as per Annexure III K.

Supply of Fixed camera with specifications as per Annexure III L

Supply & Installation of outdoor weather housing (IP 65) Panel/Rack suitable for Installing Camera adaptors / Media converter with Adaptor / L2 switch/ Splice Box as per attached specification in Annexure-IIIE. These panels are to be used as the outdoor unit (U1) which houses various components as shown in Annexure-IV scheme drawing.

Supply, Installation & Configuration of Managed L2 Industrial switch with minimum 4SFP ports & minimum 8 POE+ ports as per attached specification in Annexure-IIID.

Supply, Installation & Configuration of Media convertor-Fibre to Ethernet as per attached specification in Annexure-IIIF.

Supply of 1000BASE-LX SFP Module.

Supply of SC-LC Style single mode duplex patch cord, 3 meters.

Installation & Configuration of PTZ Cameras(P19,P20) , fixed camera(F37), Network elements and Integration with existing network. The installation/integration work involves:- (i) Installation of Camera along with its Power and network connection as follows:- Camera P19: To be installed on existing structure. Camera P20: To be installed on existing Structure. Camera F37 : To be installed on existing structure. (ii) All CAT6/OFC/Power cables shall be properly routed/ glanded at the various Outdoor units/Panels as per the scheme in Annexure-IV. (iii) Installation of Splice Box, Camera Adapters (For P19 & P20) Surge protectors, MCB’s inside the outdoor unit (U1). (iv) All power wiring connections for Camera Power supply through Surge protector and MCB’s inside the Outdoor unit(U1). (v) Connection of Camera Ethernet cables to the L2 switch via Surge protectors inside the Outdoor unit(U1). (vi) Connection of the incoming 2no.s of OFC(6Core) cables (one from SAP MCC building and other from RMO office) to the supplied L2 switch via Splice Box , necessary patch cords and SFP Transceiver module inside the Outdoor unit(U1). (vii) Connection of the OFC(6C) cable to the existing L2 switch at SAP MCC room Location via existing LIU using necessary patch cords and SFP Transceiver module . Note: The following items are to be supplied by the Vendor:- (i) Surge protectors ,MCB’s for individual cameras (P19&P20) (ii) The Surge protectors for the Camera signal (Ethernet) (iii) Necessary Splice Box and connectors.

Supply, installation & commissioning of video display at (i) SA Plant field control room and at (ii) Raw Material Office shift-in-charge’s room(as per specifications Annexure-III H.) The installation & commissioning include the supply and installation of suitable power supply socket for the display, optical mouse and any other accessories required for the project but not mentioned in FACT’s scope.

Supply of NVR at :- (i) Raw Material Office shift-in-charge’s room (ii) SA Plant field control room (as per specifications Annexure-III I).

Installation & commissioning of NVR and associated units at (i) Raw Material Office shift-in-charge’s room. (ii) SA Plant field control room. The work involves :- (a) Supply & Installation of the indoor units – U2 and U3(Wall mounted). (b) Installation of Splice Box, Media Convertor with adaptor, MCB’s etc inside the indoor units U2. (c) Installation of MCB’s inside the indoor unit U3. (d) Connection of CAT6/OFC/Power cables as per the scheme in Annexure-IV. (d) Installation of NVR and establishment of its network connectivity. (e) Establishing the connection between the NVR and Display Monitor and ensuring Video display. Note: The following items are to be supplied by the Vendor:- (i) MCB’s for NVR & Media convertor adaptor (to be housed inside the indoor units U2 & U3) Note: The supplied units U2 and U3 shall be exactly the same. The both shall be of FRP type material grade.

Supply and laying of OFC6C from near phase-II weigh bridge exit side to PAP compound wall near CISF-phase-II gate by digging across the concrete road. Laying of underground cable OFC6C including excavation of earth along with cable route. Laying of GI pipes (as per Annexure III-J) for crossings , back filled, ramming and removing extra earth including supply of concrete cement to refill the excavated portion.

Supply, installation and splicing of two outdoor type FRP junction boxes(IP65) suitable for OFC6C at PA Plant. Work includes re-establishing connectivity of OFC6C from central substation to GD room.
