Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws 2nd class teak wood 35mm thick within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wooden beading 18x 6mm (Eighteen x six millimetre) within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing magnetic catcher of approved quality in cupboard / ward robe shutters, including fixing with necessary screws etc. complete Double strip (horizontal type) within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass handles with screws etc. complete 100mm(One hundred millimetre) within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. i) 100 (One hundred millimetre )

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. i) 100x 10mm (One hundred x ten millimetre )

ii)150x10mm (One hundred fifty x ten millimetre )

Providing and fixinig 600x450mm bevelled edge mirror of superior glass(of approved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers complete within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wooden moulded beading to door and window frames with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete 2nd class teak wood 50x12 mm (Fifty x twelve millimetre ) within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing plain lining with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/ nails, including a coat of approved primer on one face, and fixed on wooden /steel frame work, complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge (Frame work shall be paid for separately) 12mm(Twelve millimetre ) thick commercial ply conforming to IS : 1328 BWR type within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50(Fifty ) grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Old work (one or more coats) within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67(One point sixty seven ) ltr/ 10(Ten) sqm) on existing cement paint surface within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required color to give an even shade One or more coats on old work within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Melamine polishing on wood work (One or more coat ) within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade Old work (one or more coats) within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm (Six millimetre) thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately) Size of Tile 500x500 mm (Five hundred x five hundred millimetre ) within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm(Twelve millimetre) to 20 mm (Twenty millimetre) in patches of area 2.5(Two point five ) sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
