Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position, framed work, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster/dado (terrazzo) on brick/concrete or stone walls, ceiling, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F M S Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, rafters, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel, flat, hollow sections) including distance pieces, cleats, welding/rivets/nut/bolts/washer etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

2nd class hard wood scantling, clean sawn, timber framed work and fixed , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 6mm thick asbestos cement,corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs,walls etc fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolt, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 6mm thick Asbestos cement two piece adjustable serrated ridge for corrugated or semi corrugated sheets fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolt, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an coulour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of V-board-"Visaka"/E-board 'Everest' make 600x600x4mm thick white prelaminated seif embosed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on Hot dipped Galvanised iron imposed grid with 24 mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be power coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick G S sheet and of size 24x32x3000mm and spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centers. Hangers/suspended with 2 run of 2 mm dia of GI wire to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and justers and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to form 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600 mm to be supported independently. 600x600 mm modulesto be formed by fitting 600 mm long cross Tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, Perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS shgeet of size 19x19mm and 300 mm long of white colour all as specified by manufacture instruction , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L of brick work with sub class 'B' burnt old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius bult in CM 1:6 complete all as spd

M&L for covings /coping/bed blocks in PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 ( using 20mm gr. Cr. stone aggr) at junction of parapet wall & roof fixing of truss etc , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on on brick work or concrete and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surface of steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of cement based paints incl preparation to newly plastered surfaces of walls etc , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L incl preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of wall care putty , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L applying three coats of white wash incl preparation to new plastered surfaces of walls , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on old decorated surfaces , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully aluminium/copper point wiring (light, bell, fan, socket) complete including wooden batten, wooden block, ceiling rose, holder,light fittings,ceiling fan complete, stacking material at site and making good the disturbed surface of walls/ floors to match with existing surface , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded, single core copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 Volts grade, FR type including one run of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded, single core copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, in existing PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked alongwith its accessories, provn of new hylum sheet 3 mm thick of suitable size for housing the switch, socket and fan regulator for the following:- One light/bell/fan point controlled by one nos, one way switch., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only in repair piano type switch one way, SP, flush type, 5/6 Amps, 230 volts AC, 50 Hz , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only in repair electronic type ceiling fan regulator, 230 volts, single phase, flush type, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only in repair ceiling rose 3 terminals, PVC/polycarbonate/bakelite, isolated body 230 volts AC, 50 Hz , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only in repair LED tube light fitting, box type 230 volts AC suitable for & including 18/20 watts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only in repair ceiling fan 230 volts AC , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
