Notes for BOQ items: - 1. Contractor should visit the site before Quoting the tender to know the working condition of the station. 2. All requisite safety measures shall be adopted by contractor on site. 3. The Comprehensive maintenance work of lift shall be carried out by OEM only and before commencement of work contractor has to produce MOU signed by Contractor and OEM in this regard. 4. The maintenance records for maintenance schedule will be maintained by the Contractor. 5. The Contractor shall maintain lift in good working conditions without breakdown. The tenderer is advised to maintain the rigorous maintenance schedule to avoid any breakdown and send the maintenance personal regularly and also store the spare parts (Spare parts should be as per OEM's specification) so that any breakdown is attended promptly. 6. The Complaint/ breakdown shall be attended/ rectified within two working days after getting information about the complaint from the Engr-in-Charge or his authorised rep. 7. If contractor failed to rectify the complaint/ breakdown within two days, a recovery @ Rs. 2000.00 Per day will be levied.
