Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6coarse sand) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per thedirection of Engineer in Charges as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/ facia/ soffits / ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall bemeasured & paid separtely) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in charge Nominal concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three coarse sand) : six graded stone aggregate ) or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
