SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (SELF CLEANING WORK) UNDER PHASE-I

Excavation in trenches in hard/ dense soil, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, any type of soil and spreading in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer including watering & well ramming complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance exc50 m but not exc in 100 m and deposited wher directedat a leveln exc 50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for clean dry sand in trenches/ducts for cushioning to cable including spreding and levelling in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick, well ramming including watering as required and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. (Note : For payment purpose punned thickness of 18cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 18cm as mentioned in para19.75 of SSR Part-I)

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks old size for protection of cables laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable, adjacent to each other complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing 40 mm bore light grade for cable protection at road crossing/on poles and tubing sealed at both ends after laying of cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, connecting,testing & commissioning cable XLPE insulated, screened,PVC bedded galvanised steel strips or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core, 1100 volts grade with standard aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed.

(Note :- Pipe shall be used in the flushing system of filter at outlet of 50 mm by using reducer 50 to 80 mm and connected to the Dam with the filter and necessary fitting / welding / fabrication work to be inclusive in the quoted rate)

Supply, installation, connecting and testing sluice valve cast iron body (long body) Class-1 with flanged ends drilled suitable for 150 mm bore pipe, ISI marked (IS:14846:2000) having SS spindle with iron wheel at top with nuts bolts washers rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed.

Design, supply , install, testing and commissioning of factory made and tested outdoor type floor mounted LT panel board, double door, cubicle type suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with air insulated PVC sleeved copper bus bar of rating 200 Amps for phases and neutral installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP-54 class protection and made out of 2.0 mm CRCA MS sheet and 40 x 40 X 6mm thick MS angle iron frame work front opening type of adequate size for housing LT switchgear and measuring instruments duly powder coated after seven tank process on both sides including internal wiring in the panel with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volt grade IS-694 marked or PVC sleeved copper trips of appropriate size but not less than 4.0 Sqmm and comprising of following of Make- Salabh/Adhunik Switch Gear with CPRI certification:-

Note: 1. The quoted rates shall be deemed to be included danger notice plate on the panel board. 2. Minimum height of panel from floor level shall be 300 mm. Platform shall be made out of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and external surface shall be finished even and smooth with cement plaster in CM 1:4, using extra cement finally applied with three coats of white wash.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 600x600x6.3mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanized iron strip 32X6 mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized steel and 20mm bore GI pipe, light grade for watering funnel with wire mesh. SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (ANNUAL MAINTENANCE) UNDER PHASE-II

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance for item No.10 after two year completion of PHASE-I for next 5 years including testing, Servicing and Periodical checking for serviceability of the filter mechanism alongwith replacement of all parts if required: Suction Scanner Cleaning Mechanism Inlet and Outlet Flange, Electric Motor, Panel, Filter Housing Body and Lid, Filter Element. Seals and 4 layers screen. Auto Sensor Relay, Electric wiring etc. with all necessary fitting arrangement of Filter all as specified and directed. (Note:- The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for the following spares under annual maintenance comrehensive)

(iii) If any major breakdown occured in the filter system emergency call shall be atteneded by concerned contractor to rectified the break down within 48 Hours.

Note :- Minor spares if any required and labour / Technician /Engineer element like tools / equipment / cleaning agent etc. is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item No 17 above and following spares shall be measured and paid seperately.
