Cleaning the brass covered vilakkazhy by caustic soda and nitric acid and polishing the same including all labour charges, material cost etc complete.

Lacquer finishing the surface using thara or brass oil paint remover using with hand motor with buffering wheel and cleaning cotton waste after polishing with hardener thinner including labour and material charge etc. complete.

Labour engaged for maintenance to the Vilakkazhi

Cleaning the brass lamp with Vim Powder Caustic soda or cotton waste etc.complete

Appendix II - Repair and maintenance to Shiva Ganesh temple

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, velleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of :G.S. Sheet

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+0.05%), total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade,5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing ridges or hips width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete.0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work

Providing & fixing Poly carbonate multi wall plain sheet 4 mm thick as approved by the Engineer in charge and should be supplied in a single length of 12 M or as decide by the Engineer in charge. The sheets shall be fixed using self drilling/ self tapping screw of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical / curved surfaces, but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses and including cutting to size and shapes where ever required.
