Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws :35 mm thick shuttersKiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.With cement mortar 1:4(1cement: 4 coarse sand) complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave,holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :Of area 3 sq. metres and below complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.
