Erection of the Single pole on PCC. Pole 8.5mtr long, complete work including-cutting, making holes, fixing of all types of accessories digging of pits complete in all respect, as per RESSPO drawing. nut, bolt washers would be provided by the contractor.

Erection of the Double pole structure on PCC. Pole 8.5mtr long complete for 25 KVA T/F including work-cutting, making holes, fixing of all types of accessories digging of pits complete in all respect, as per RESSPO drawing. nut, bolt washers would be provided by the contractor.

Erection of the Single pole on ST Pole 11 mtr long, complete work including-cutting, making holes, fixing of all types of accessories digging of pits complete in all respect, as per RESSPO drawing. nut, bolt washers would be provided by the contractor.

Erection of the ST Double Pole 11 mtr long, complete work including-cutting, making holes, fixing of all types of accessories digging of pits complete in all respect, as per RESSPO drawing. nut, bolt washers would be provided by the contractor.

Erection of stay set with stay wire, stay clamp & stay insulator including with grouting of stay set by concrete of ratio 1:4:8 as per RESSPO norms before back fitting of the pits including binding, climbing, clamping, tightening and nozzeling of stay wire in all respect as per RESSPO norms Cement. Brick, ballast, sand etc would be provided by the contractor.

Concreting of PCC/ST Pole at the time of erection of pole in 1:4:8 concrete ratio from bottom of pole to ground level and plinthing of supports upto 300mm above ground level by using cement, sand & coarse aggregate in ratio 1:4:8 as per RESSPO drawing with watering/curing properly upto proper setting of plinthing. All matrial would be provided by the contractor.

Earthing of PCC/ST Single & Double pole/Distribution Transformers/Pannels etc. of the work is to be done by inserting the MS earth rod (1800x20mm) into soil by hammering and properly fastning with GI wire to each support by nut & bolt. Earthing rod must be 0.15Mtr.above from the plinth of the support in different places under EDD-Pilibhit. All type nut & bolt would be given by the contractor.

Earthing of T/Fs-81 nos., Pannel-04 nos. by boaring type up to water level as per norms of UPPCL by providing GI pipe and making connection from boaring site to body and neutral of T/F. (All Material will be provided by Contractor on his own cost).

Laying and sagging of 3 phase ACSR Weasel conductor fixing of all type of insulators, binding, jointing and its clamping etc in all respect (only conductor provided by Department)

Opening/Dismantling of all connections from 11/0.4 KV,10 KVA old distribution transformer, landed of transformer from double pole by crane and safe carriage from mentioned sites under EDD-Puranpur of (sites/location detail enclosed as annexure-10) store centre-Pilibhit including loading & unloading and stacking at proper place.

Construction of plinth for 250 KVA T/F of size 2 mtr. X 2 mtr. X 1.5 mtr (As per site requiment) with the help of first class bricks, cement & coarse sand as per norms. Filling the structure completely by brick blast & plastering work of walls Including CC work on top in ratio 1:2:4 by cement, stone grit & sand and grouting of 2 nos. M.S. channel of size 50x50x5 mm on the top of T/Fs plinth whole work should be done as per RESSPO norms complete in all respect. (All Material will be provided by Contractor on his own cost).

Dismantling of 250 KVA damaged T/F plinth after opening of all installed equipments and reconstruction of 250 KVA transformer plinth with proper installation of old equipments at different places under EDD-Pilibhit of size 2 mtr. X 2 mtr. X 1.5 mtr with the help of first class bricks, cement & coarse sand as per norms. Filling the structure completely by brick blast & plastering work of walls Including CC work on top in ratio 1:2:4 by cement, stone grit & sand and grouting of 2 nos. M.S. channel of size 50x50x5 mm on the top of T/Fs plinth whole work should be done as per RESSPO norms complete in all respect. (All Material will be provided by Contractor on his own cost).

Mounting of following distribution transformers on newly constructed plinth/Double pole, laying of cable jumpering and making all HT/LT connections complete work in all respect.

Fabrication and grouting of wire mesh fencing of 28 fit running length in rectangular shape height 2 meter with M.S. angle of size 50x50x06 mm. including gate at one side as per norms complete work and painting of same with 2 coats of red oxide and 2 coats of synthetic enamale paint. (All Material will be provided by Contractor on his own cost).

Fabrication and Installation of 11 KV fuse set on midway 11 KV double pole structure with mention material As- MS channel 100x50x2028 mm, Iron strip-50x5x305 mm, fuse wire and holding clamps etc. complete work in all respect all required materials provided by contractor on his own cost.

Providing and installation of Lt protection unit for 250 KVA TF 630 Amp tailless unit of containing 03+03,1N nos copper neutral link, incoming + outgoing studs of 630/500 amp/650 volt, made out of Brass and rod made of Brass(lenth-225mm,dia-20mm) & 07 nos back entry made of brass and having 07 nos LT porcelain insulator fix in holding clamps made of MS Strip. (as per site requirement)

Laying of 11 KV single circuit XLPE cable by digging of trench including supply of required material as fine sand, first class bricks, stone slab. Including refilling of trench. (All the matrial required for laying will be supplied by the contractor as per departmental norms except 11 KV XLPE cable)

Hosting of 11 KV AL XLPE Cable 3x185 SQ MM on double pole with GI Pipe of size 6'' dia 3 m long including its jumpering complete with clamps, nuts and bolts. (GI pipe, clamps, nutbolt etc. provided by contractor except 11 KV XLPE cable)

Fixing of 11 KV I/D or O/D /Streight through JOINTING KIT for 11 KV XLPE Cable.
