STEEL WORKS

Providing and fixing in position Anchor Fasteners or Wedge anchors of Fischer/ HILTI or approved make of best quality of 16mm dia and approved length for anchoring and supporting structural steel columns including drilling holes in RCC flooring, aligning bolts to position & proper level, fixing Bolts and tightening them properly as per manufacturer's specifications, including Washers Labour, etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel work using Rolled Steel Joists, Beams, Channels, Plates, etc., at all levels above and below plinth level including supplying of steel sections and plates conforming to BIS 2062 of make Vizag Steel, Tata, SAIL, Jindal Ispat or any other approved manufacturer using ingots of above manufacturer make, loading, unloading, transporting the steel to site of work, cutting, fabricating using welding/bolts, using weld rods of make D&H, Advani, Philips or its approved equivalent and/or bolts and nuts from approved source, erecting using derricks/pulleys/cranes or any suitable means, fixing in position and painting with one coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint as per manufacturers Specifications of make Asian Paint, Berger, Johnson and Nickelson, Nerolac, cleaning the sections /plates by suitable means, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing MS foundation bolts including nuts and washers conforming to IS 432 of approved size, quality and make including threading, placing in position in concrete in level using template, providing grease and protective cover like covering with polyethylene sheet to bolts and nuts to correct levels, as per specifications and drawings complete all as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge.

R.C.C WORKS

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Ambuja, Birla make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed.

Supply, fabrication and erection of Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more conforming to IS 1786 of Tata, Vizag, Sail, JSW make for Reinforced cement concrete items at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, including transport to site, loading and unloading, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, transporting steel to site, decoiling, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, in position with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply etc., complete as specified and directed.

Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing by WEIGH BATCHING or from approved RMC Plant of Grade M - 30 (Minimum Cement Content – 350 Kg/Cum) using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd., KCP make) with graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size and sand at and at all depths and heights including mixing with superplasticizer of make M/s. Fosroc, Demech, Huntsman, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT in proportion as per manufacturer’s Specifications, conveying / pumping / placing at all depths / heights below / above plinth level, compaction, finishing as specified, curing, etc., including providing and placing cover blocks of required sizes in cement mortar 1:1, etc., but excluding Formwork and Steel Reinforcement complete as specified and directed. NOTE:-The concrete of RCC of any grade if it is insitu (site mix) the sand to be used shall be River sand. In case of RMC, the manufactured sand. The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 35% of pozzolanas.

SHUTTERING Providing centering and shuttering using steel shuttering plates at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, vertical, horizontal, inclined for insitu reinforced cement concrete and in plain cement concrete work as required to correct line and level as per drawings with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly, with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof, and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed, applying one coat of shuttering oil on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete, including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. MASONRY WORKS

Half brick masonry using fly ash cement bricks of 7.5 grade non-modular bricks conforming to IS12894 in partition walls in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116 at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including scaffolding up to 10m, raking out joints, curing, etc., complete including providing stiffeners of reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, 115 mm x 75 mm size at every 900 mm height and 2 No.s 8 Dia TMT bars, necessary formwork, curing, etc., but excluding reinforcement, complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC. NOTE : Payment for TMT bars will be made in relevant item

Brick work using quality flyash cement bricks of class designation 7.5 conforming to IS12894 using cement mortar 1:6 using crushed sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116 at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including pilasters, steel / tubular scaffolding up to 10m, raking out joints, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed in super structure.

PLASTERING & PAINTING WORKS

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick finished including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding upto 10m, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Cement plastering 20 mm thick in 2 coats over masonary and concrete surfaces upto a height of 10 mtr with base coat of 12 mm thickness in cement mortar 1:4 and finishing coat of 8mm thickness in cement mortar 1:3 (smooth finish), including hacking of concrete surfaces, final rendering with sponge to correct line, level and plumb, curing including making grooves, scaffolding up to 10m height wherever necessary, complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC

Providing and applying cement based wall putty of 1.5mm thick in two coats of M/s. Birla White or approved equivalent, at all floors and locations, on plastered surfaces finished smooth to correct line, level, plane, plumb etc., including preparing the surfaces, scaffolding up to 10m, smoothening the putty surfaces with very fine water proof emery paper to get a glossy finish etc. complete as per specifications, as per manufacturers specifications, drawing & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with 2 coats of interior grade Acrylic emulsion paint of M/s Asian Paints, Berger, Nerolac, Dulux or approved equivalent having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre over one coat of compatible wall primer of same company, including additional coats if any till it gets even shade and colour, including surface preparation by necessary repairs to scratches, filling in crevices, holes and cracks etc. with approved filler, removing loose/ flaked paint, dust etc by sanding with emery paper, including scaffolding upto height of 10 m, complete all as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by EIC.

Painting exterior walls with two coats of antifungal, 100% acrylic emulsion paint (exterior quality) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of Asian, Pidilite, Nerolac, berger, Dulux of approved shade over one coat of approved exterior wall primer, to get even shade, including surface preparation by necessary repairs to scratches, filling in crevices, holes and cracks etc. with approved filler, removing loose/ flaked paint, dust etc by sanding with emery paper, including scaffolding upto height of 10 m, complete all as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing double Cup lock type scaffolding system upto required Height made with 40 mm dia. M.S. Medium class tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup . MS jaali / Aluminium planks for working platform of minimum width of 900mm, etc. in the Cup lock type scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The Cup lock type scaffolding, system shall be stiffened with cross/ diagonal bracings, runners,connection with the building / permanent structure at regular intervals verticallly and horizontally etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen such as hand rail, toe boad, etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- The elevational area of the Cup lock type scaffolding parallel to wall face shall be measured for payment purpose.The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of Cup lock type scaffolding.

CABIN

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position Powder coated aluminium extruded sections (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) of M/s Jindal/ Indal/ Aluminax make or approved equivalent, for Doors (sliding/ cascade) / windows (sliding/cascade)/ mesh windows/ ventilators (top hung/ fixed/ grill/ adjustable louvered)/ fixed partitions, with extruded sections as per approved drawing, for frames and shutters [including wastages if any] conforming to relevant I.S specifications, with all approved aluminium fittings and accessories, approved locking arrangements, 2 / 3 rollers with ball bearings for sliding shutters of approved quality all as shown in the drawing, including providing and fixing aluminium channel beading/ glazing clips fixed with necessary bronze anodised screws, filling the gaps between wall openings and aluminium frame with siliconate/ polysulphide sealant etc. all complete generally as per drawings, specifications etc., all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. but excluding the cost of glazing, which will be paid separately.
