Providing R.C.C. M25 GRADE Precast slab using 12mm to 20mm graded HBG metal with minimum cement content of 350kg/m3 and maximum water-cement ratio of 0.5 as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of form work, centering and shuttering, cost of all materials, labour charges, vibrating the concrete, curing, all T&P, lead, lift etc., complete but excluding cost of steel reinforcement.

Providing steel reinforcement having High strength deformed TMT Bars of characteristic strength of Fe500 N/mm² for all RCC works including cutting, bending, binding, tying and placing in position including cost of steel, galvanized binding wire, lead, lift and etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge at site .

Providing floor finish with vitrified tiles of size 600x600x8mm of approved make, colour and pattern over 10mm thick Cement mortar 1:3 bedding and pointing with same coloured cement in all floors as directed by the Engineer incharge at site including cutting chase in walls wherever required, cost of all materials labour charges lead, lift, curing T&P etc., complete.

Providing floor finish with anti-skid tiles of approved make, colour and quality and of size 300x300x6mm over 10mm thick Cement mortar 1:3 bedding and pointing with same coloured cement in all floors for Bath and Toilet cutting chase in walls wherever required, cost of all materials labour charges lead, lift, curing T&P etc., complete.

Providing floor finish 25mm thick Granolithic floor finish in mix 1:1:2 (one part of cement, one part of sand & two part of chips) using chips of grade 10 mm and below for portico floor as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, curing, T&P etc., complete.

Dadooing the walls with Joint free ceramic tiles of approved make, colour, pattern, quality and size over 10mm thick CM 1:3 bedding and pointing with same coloured cement in all floors for Bath, toilet for a height of 2.40m and above kitchen platform as directed by the Enginer incharge at site including cutting chase in walls wherever required, finishing neat cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing etc., complete.

Skirting with vitrified ceramic tiles of approved make, colour, pattern, quality with 8mm thick over 10mm thick Cement mortar 1:3 bedding for required height and pointing with same coloured cement in all floors for cutting chase in walls wherever required as directed by the Enginer incharge at site including cost of all materials labour charges lead, lift, curing T&P and etc., complete.

Plastering in CM 1:3, 10mm thick for all ceiling surfaces, Sunshades, Lofts, bottom of waist slab etc., including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labour charges, curing, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Plastering in CM 1:5, 12mm thick for exterior surfaces of all walls including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labour charges, curing, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Plastering in CM 1:5, 12mm thick for interior surfaces of all walls including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labour charges, curing, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Floor finishing in CM 1:3, 12mm thick for top of waist slab, steps and service verandah etc., including cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, curing, etc, complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of Flush Doors for entrance door of required size with CRCA pressed steel Box section 18G or 1.25mm thick for entrance door of Door frames of size 105x60mm, with single leaf factory made Solid core Flush shutters with commercial ply on both side with teak wood lipping alround 35 mm thick with water resistant adhesive fixed to the pressed steel door frame as directed by the Engineer in charge .

Supplying and fixing in position Flush Doors for Inner Doors of required size with CRCA pressed steel Box section 18G or 1.25mm thick forinner door of Door frames of size 105x60mm, with single leaf factory made Solid core Flush shutters with commercial ply on both side with teak wood lipping alround 35 mm thick with water resistant adhesive fixed to the pressed steel door frame as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open), Including 12mm square ms rod for grill, from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with G1/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The comers and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Providing, fabricating and fixing in postion MS Gates, MS Doors, MS Grills, MS Ladder, Purlins, Posts, etc., with required accessories such as but not limited to MS Angles, Channels, Pipes, flats, Square Bars, Shafts, Sheets etc., as per approved design and as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of fabrication, transporting, lifting and fixing in walls rigidly with concrete PCC 1:2:4, cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, T&P, one coat of red oxide primer, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of Laminated PVC single leaf door SINTEX / STAR SUPREME make or equivalent of approved colour, Pattern and quality with shutter and PVC frame of required size and type with minimum 5mm thick PVC sheet as directed by the engineer at site with 3 Nos 100mm Aluminium butt hinges, 2 Nos 150mm anodized Aluminium handles, 2 Nos Anodised Alumium 200x12mm tower bolt and 1 Nos. 200mm Aldrop etc., for Bath and toilet including cost of transporting, lifting and fixing, cost of all materials, labour charges including fixing, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing fully panelled country wood Cup board of required size in bed and kitchen including construction of half brickwork partition wall as directed by the Engineer in charge using factory made CW frame (75x32mm) CW partly panelled shutters and using 12mm thick particle board laminated on both sides of ISI stamped and providing 4 tiers of 18 to 20mm thick Jet Black or equivalent colour Granite slabs (Super fine polished with machine cut edges) and making the sides smooth by nosing and polishing the edges for shelves including cost of all materials, labour charges, fixing charges, required fixtures and fittings to the cupboard such as Mortice Lock - (Godrej or equivalent) with required screws with 3 Keys, Butt Hinges 100 x 30mm - 8 Nos, Aluminium tower bolt inner hooks etc., lead, lift and 2 coats of solignum for portions and wood work in contact with masonry lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and laying of Jet Black or equivalent colour Granite slab of size above 4 feet x 2 feet (Super fine polished with machine cut edges) 25mm thick for kitchen platform with provision to fix the stainless steel sink, below the bed and making the sides smooth by full round nosing and polishing the same as directed by the Engineer incharge with CM 1:3 20mm thick making chase in walls, finishing to the original condition including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing Stainless steel sink of minium length 600mm, depth 200mm and required width for fixing in the kitchen granite platform including cost of materials such as Stainless steel sink, 32mm dia C.P. waste couplingas directed by Engineer incharge at site, labour, making chase in walls finishing to the original condition, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing 1 No concrete ring for fixing the 300mm exhaust fan in the wall inluding cost of all materials, dismantling brick wall to required size, labour charges, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing Granite single side polished Corner slab of 30cm of size in the bath rooms, toilet wall corner and making the sides smooth by nosing as directed by the engineer at site including cost of materials, labour, making chase in walls for fixing, finishing to the original condition, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of 1500 liters PVC water tank (three layered) of approved quality with ISI mark of Supreme or equivalent make including cost of all materials labour for connection , lead, lift etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of horizontal type 4 Way Triple Pole neutral MCB Distribution board in sheet steel enclosure with 40A FP Isolator (MCB), 40A FP, ELCB 30MA as incoming and 12 Nos. 6A - 32A single pole MCB as out going in flush with wall and making good of the concelled portion with earth connection.
