OTHER PROFESSIONALS (Senior E&M Engineer, Senior Geologist, Senior Surveyor Engineer (2 Nos.), Environmental Engineer, Material Engineer, Highway cum Pavement Engineer and Quantity Surveyor /Documentation Officer)

Sub-Professional Staff: (To be assessed by Consultant as per requirement of assignment, Minimum 6 to be deployed) TBN

Support Staff (Fixed Rates) (Office Manager-1 Nos, Typist -2 Nos, Office Boy -2 Nos and Night Watchman -2 Nos)

Transportation (Fixed costs) The vehicles hired by the Consultants shall include the cost for rental, drivers, operation, maintenance, repairs, insurance, etc. for use of consultants

Duty Travel to Site (Fixed Costs)

Office Rent (Fixed Costs) The rent cost includes operation & maintenance, cleaning, repairs, etc for entire duration of services.

Office Supplies, Utilities and Communication (Fixed Costs) Office supplies, Drafting Supplies, Computer Running Cost and Domestic and International Communication.

Office Furniture and Equipment (Fixed costs)

Topographical Survey and Investigation : All investigations/ surveys including Material Survey and Investigation, Sub-grade Investigation, Traffic Survey, Socio-economic & Census Survey/ Studies.

Land Acquisition Team including support staff and logistics/ transportation : (Land acquisition Team including support staff, Ex-Land Revenue Inspector /Officer or equivalent, Ex-Kanoogo/ Girdwaror equivalent, Ex-Patwari or equivalent, Typist (2 Nos) & Peon)

Logistics for Land Acquisition Team (Logistics for Land acquisition Team, Computer including necessary peripherals (2Nos), Printers (2 Nos) & Vehicles )

Schedule B (Item rate costs)

Sub-soil Investigation & Other Works The rate includes transportation of all plant, manpower, drilling accessories, sampling equipment work site, erection on site for Coring (Soildrilling testing and rock coring), trial pit , hand auguring, reinstatement of borehole etc including grouting in zones of weakness

Vertical Boring in all type of soils (other than hard rock)

Vertical Boring in hard rock

Directional coring Inclined soil, artificial hard material or boulder drilling and directional coring in rock arterial hard material or boulder from the launch site at ground level to the commencement of the HDC trajectory. (Length reckoned from commencement of HDC trajectory) The rate includes transportation of all plant, manpower, drilling accessories, sampling equipment work site, erection on site for Horizontal Directional Coring (Soil drilling testing and rock coring), trial pit , hand auguring, reinstatement of borehole etc including grouting in zones of weakness
