M&L for complete removal of old existing tretment of wall surfaces and repair, stopping nails marks by applying white cement base putty in patches as required and applying two coat of cement base paint white or tinted as per approved shade/coloured on walls in camouflage pattern complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots including cornices etc by applying white cement base putty in patches as required and applying one coat of white wash all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.
