Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and incl cement screed 15 mm thick in 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350 x 250 x 7 mm/ 450X 350 X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including rendering 10mm thick in C:M 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L removing all dust/dirt from sunken floor and applying two layers of cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitiois composite compound coating such as Product like Sika Latex Power manufactured by Sika India Pvt Ltd or equivalent product manufacture by FOSROC Chemicals (India) Ltd/Pidilite Industries Ltd/Choksey Chemicas Pvt on concrete/brick surfaces as water proofing slurry coating as per manufacturer,s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick in two layers, 10 mm thick each coat with Polymer mortar(cement mortar 1:4 mixed with acrylic based modified cementitious composit compound such as product like Sika Latex Power manufactured by Sika India Pvt Ltd or equivalent product manufacture by FOSROC Chemicals (India) Ltd/Pidilite Industries Ltd/Choksey Chemicas Pvt on concrete/brick surfaces and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete. Each layer shall be allowed air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours before applying the second layer all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 150 micron thick polythene film pasted with the help of adhesive over the treatment plastered surfaces of sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggrigate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type 'B-0' 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in floor and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs vitreous china ware Wash hand basin flat back white, of size 550 x 400 mm including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand but including waste fittings, brass, chromium plated for glazed ware sinks, basins, etc. with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed complete all as specified and directed.
