Providing and fixing T-iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Tee-sections, joints mitred and welded, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Brick on edge flooring with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks: 1:6 (1cement : 6 coarse sand)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazo/ cement concrete floors 40 mm wide and 4 mm thick

12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S. box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.Group B)

Wiring for lingt/power plug with 2X4 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit alongwith 1 No 4 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required

P/F Havells or equivalent make CFL 23 watt. Including installation, testing and commissioning complete in all respect.

Dismentelling of the buildings/structure at 400 KV S/S Rishikesh. All the material after dismantling shall become the property of the contractor. (i)Dismentling of RCC over head tank of capacity 50000.00 lt. with 12.0 M high staging along with 75 mm dia GI pipes for inlet, outlet, washout & overflow, valves, M.S Ladder including disposal of all material outside the substation area.

Dismentling of pump house having plinth area 6.5 sqm(single story) having brick wall and RCC slab, ordinary CC floor, wooden door & window.
