SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I:- Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or RCC pipes) 100mm dia in foul position and removal of demolished materials from the site as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or RCC pipes) 150mm dia in foul position and removal of demolished materials from the site as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving, not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), un-reinforced, including removal of demolished materials . complete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar in foul position including all quoins arches, pillars complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surfaces and tiles with bedding etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc in foul position complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 metre wide & n exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits manholes, pier holes etc n. exc 10 Sqm on plan n exc 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 07 about but exc 1.5 metre but not exc 3.00 metre in depth complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc.25cm thick each layer of soil all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil to be distance n.exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m high from the starting point, all as specified.

PCC M-10, nominal mix, C-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-7.5 type D-2 nominal mix using 40mm graded aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for internal dia of pipe 150 mm in foul position, all as specified. Note (i) The unit rate include for use of form work. (ii) For width and depth of PCC bed - refer preamble (a) (i) (ii) on page 356 of SSR Pt-II).(iii) Haunching shall be as per MES SSR-part-I/Part-II

Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

MS round 12mmdia and above work as in handles in manhole cover and similar work and fixing in position at the time of casting of manhole cover conforming to grade Fe-290 grade E-165, all as specified.

Brick work with fly Ash brick having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), as in manhole in foul position, complete all as specified.

(ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, mixed with WPC in foul position, all as specified. Note : Supply only Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Salt-glazed stoneware gully traps, round mouthed, type 'P ', of size 150mmx 150mm, setting and jointing in cement mortar (1:1) with grouting surrounding with PCC M-10 Type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate block size 300mmx300mm including necessary formwork complete in foul position all as specified.

Fixing only frameas in framing for cladding, glazing and manhole frame the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc. similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Man hole frame retrived in demoltion of PCC/brick work and fixed in this item.

PCC M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as, in surface channel and drain complete all as specified.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out in any type of soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, all as specified.

Rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to grade Fe 410 -W(Gde-E- 250 quality-A ) steel work, complete all as specified.

Rolled mild steel Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 surfaces all as specified.

Mild Steel framed work as Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment complete, conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 , all as specified.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, all as specified and directed.

Hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc. 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-7.5 , nominal mix, type D-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, 75 mm thick, surface finished even and fair to receive top surface, all as specified.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushion, joints of tiles filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel or steel based surfaces of any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, all as specified.
