Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating, G.I. based corrugated steel sheet, 0.50 mm thick (total coated thickness) of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering/ wall cladding, fixed with low carbon self tapping screw & EPDM washers all as per manufacturer's instructions etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating, G.I. based plain steel sheet, 0.50 mm thick (total coated thickness) of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in Ridge/Valley/Gutter fixed with low carbon self tapping screw & EPDM washers all as per manufacturer's instructions etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item but as in Eaves board etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Steel work such as wind ties for roof including securing bolts all as specified and as directed

M&L for E-board False ceiling consisting of powder coated GI wall angle, main T and cross T of (25mmX 25mm) X 1.40mm thick grid frame work, joist, angle/ Tee as directed and mild steel wire hook not less than 6 mm dia with arrangement for adjusting height of ceiling and including provn of 4 mm thick E- Classic board in pannelof size 600X600mm with necessary off cut including dismantling of existing false ceiling and taking down and refixing of Electric fitting carefully complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in section, in any position , framed work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Steel work in tubular trusses,purlins,and base plate including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 inluding one coat of zinc chromate primer before fabrication distance pieces, cleats etc GDE Fe 410-S. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles coloured shade 8mm to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n exc 0.36 sqm in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement incl screeding 15mm thick in CM 1:6, including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling/terrazo including cement mortar bedding complete or in patches and removing rubbish off the premises including dismantling of floor or wall tiles including cement morter complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item No 9 but on verticle surfaces over 10 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) all as spd and completed
