A. Laundry Plant

AMC for 11 months of Laundry Plant make-STEFAB including repair/replacement of major and minor spare parts of the following equipments/machinery, required during AMC without any extra cost to Govt by the OEM of the Laundry plant i.e. STEFAB or equivalent FABTECH Engineering company/or any other manufacturing company of Laundry Machines having CE certified and ISO company. 1. Washer Extractor 30 Kg-05Nos. Model AXS 30 Make:- STEFAB 2. Washer Extractor 60 Kg-02Nos. Model AXS 60 Make:- STEFAB 3. Drying ironer heated chest type Model FS 21 - 01 No Make-STEFAB 4. Industrial Drying Tumbler 60 Kg -03Nos. Model DRS 60 Make:- STEFAB 5. Flat bed press -03 Nos. Make:- STEFAB 6. Vaccum Finishing Table -01No. Make:- STEFAB 7. Air Compressor 5HP- 01No.

Note: - Contractor shall keep the following aspects in mind while quoting unit rates and rates quoted shall be deemed to be involving the following: -

Note:- (i) All above relevant documents must be submitted for approval before entering into AMC with firm. (ii) All defective parts will be replaced by contractor within 48 Hrs as per under mentioned Laundry Plant . Replacement cost of defective parts is to be included in above mentioned AMC Rates. (iii) In order to certify proper maint of the plant , monthly & breakdown visits of Engineer/technician from OEM/Approved firm to check efficient running of Laundry Plant is mandatory on part of contractor.The unit rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to be included this aspect. Necessary documents in support of visit of authorised representatives from OEM/Approved firm shall be submitted by the contractor after each visit. On Failure of visit by OEM/Approved firm representative or non submission of report by him, a panel recovery of Rs 15000/- per visit shall be made from the contractor dues. (v) Contractor shall enter into an agreement with OEM/Approved firm company for AMC and submit to GE (W) Bareilly after acceptance of works within 15 days.

AMC includes monthly visit of qualified and experienced technician/engineer and Inspection, dismantling and taking down the needful items in connection to carry out necessary repair/maintenance of all machines of Laundry Plant and replacement of spares and complete assembling after repair/overhauling, servicing, cleaning and testing so as to make the machine functional in all aspects.

Cost of minor parts such as nuts, bolts,screws, clamps, T&Ps, oiling, greasing, cleaner liquid for steam pipes,GI/SS fittings, V-belts etc, deemed to be included in the quoted rates,Belts of drying ironer,clothes/cover of flat bed press ,rubber hose pipe,V Belts any size and type,main door rubber gasket for washer extractor 30/60kg.,Stainless steel Door lock of washer extractor 30/60Kg. ,servicing and programming setting /resetting of the display card of Laundry Machines,replacement of an type of contactor,display meter,push buttons,deemed to be included in the quoted rates

Hydraulic Shocker, Operating computer ST06, Steam solenoid Valve , Fuse link 4 Amps, Electric buzzer, Door limit switch, motors rewinding , Main bearing set, Water solenoid valve, Drain valve, PU pipe for level , 3 Way water solenoid valve, Motor plate welding, deemed to be included in the quoted rates

Steam radiator, Single phase preventor,Digital temperature controller,Air hose pipe, Air flow control valve, Padding marina wool felt, Knobs ,Solenoid valve, Steam Trap Valve, Pressure Release Valve,power controlling card of VFD, main control command cable for Microsoft in between controller and relay power card ,display card ,deemed to be included in the quoted rates

Cleaning of chocked Steam pipelines and steam trap Valves and welding and replacement of coupling, joints ,union etc if required to stop leakage of water and steam from the pipelines.

All major/minor spare parts required during AMC shall deemed to be included in the quted rate.

The cost of transportation if any required is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Contractor must have to ensure the MES & MH rep for the machine functional in all aspects

Opening dismantling and disconnecting all water connection and electrical connection of Drying tumbler capacity of 60Kg make STEFAB and reassemble the same for repair after removing nuts and bolts and replacement of counter bearings Make :- NTN/SKF/ZKL of suitable size with bush & sleeves for drying tumbler 60kg. including Oiling, cleaning, servicing and greasing, balancing and alignment of cylindrical basket, balancing of blower, shaft turning, descaling and servicing of steam radiator for the smooth functioning of the machine complete all as directed.

Opening dismantling and disconnection all water connection, steam connection and electrical conection of washer extractor 30Kg /60Kg make Stefab and taking out the complete machine from the foundation for the repair by removing out the old/broken foundation and grounting and providing new foundation with bolts & PCC mortar complete with all neccessary items and reassamble the same machine after completion of foundation work for the smooth functioning of the machine complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of ducting of Drying Tumbler of Laundry Plant including replacement of unserviceable rusted GI sheet, rusted nut bolts and tightening of nut bolts,Cleaning of ducts , and making of Ducts complete serviceable by welding works if required and making of Ducts as per existing size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of MS tubing 15mm bore dia heavy grade 15mm bore dia with necessary fittings such as tees, elbow, Bends unions fixed by welding and threading along Radiator of drying tumbler 60 Kg to drain line and Boiler Including covering with insulator 50mm thick all Around glass wool and cladding with 36 SWG Aluminum sheet complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item here in before but 25mm Bore dia tubing. Make:- Jindal/Tata/Sail

B. Steam Boiler

Comprehensive maintenance of Steam Boiler of Capacity 600 Kg/Hr- Qty - 02 Nos Make Thermax, Model Revomax RXA-06 for 11 months by the service technician of Thermax limited (OEM of Boiler).

The Comprehensive maintenance Service package covers the following:

Site visit for preventive maint and check up of Steam boiler will be carried out by service technician of THERMAX limited or as recommended by the OEM every month during the contract period. In the visit, technician will check and inspect of both steam boiler plant system complete of capacity 600Kg/Hr Make-Thermax

Contractor must submit the service reports every month from the Service Engineers along with the details of the Repair/maint/replacement of spares/testing of Steam Boilers carried out during Every month during the contractor period. On Failure of visit by OEM/Approved firm representative or non submission of report by him, a panel recovery of Rs 10000/- per visit shall be made from the contractor dues.

Cleaning of chocked coil by descaling steam boiler -02 Nos, if required engineer shall be supervising the descaling activity only with Thermax Descaling Chemical (i.e. Chemical recommended by OEM)

Servicing/repair of all water pumps including replacement of unserviceable seals and glands , and servicing ,greasing /alignment of shaft/testing complete of all motors of both Steam Boilers.

Servicing/repair/testing of electric control panel and replacement of unserviceable minor spares like meter , wiring etc complete of both Steam Boilers.

Contractor must have to ensure the MES & MH rep for the machine functional in all aspects

a) Base operation checks to bring the equipment in optimum condition

b) Scheduled check up visits for general health check up

c) Preventive and predictive maintenance guidance during these visits

d) Performance optimization

e) Break down service support

f) Recommendations for improved performance

g) Service History Mapping

h) Safety Checks

The contractor must ensure the following once the contract period strated:

a) An optimum performance level of Boilers is maintained

b) A consistent service level is delivered

c) Operating parameters to be monitored

d) The above services will result in equipment uptime to be increased

f) Input parameters of the system to be monitored as well as compared

Material and labour for repair or iron foundation of storage tank of softener plant of Steam Boiler by using welding of broken parts and replacement of old rusted length of iron strips and making the foundation serviceable and capable of bearing the load of water storage tank by suitable PCC works. paint of iron foundation stand over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of rotational moulded HDPE Makeup water storage tank three layered (cylindrical) vertical with close top hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 2000 Ltr. Including providing water connection from Makeup water storage tank to Existing Pipeline of Softener Plant and Steam Boiler and installation on existing staging including Float valves and incoming and outgoing Gate valves of existing size of Steam Boiler Plant of MH all as specified and directed. C. Incinerator

Site visit will be carried out by service technician of OEM Alfa Therm or as recommended by the OEM once in two months during the contract period. In the visit, technician will check and inspect of Incinerator plant of capacity 50Kg/Hr Make-Alfatherm and the technician will act as per following step :- Note: (Material will be measured and paid separately)

Contractor must submit the service reports every two month from the Service Engineers along with the details of the Repair/maint/replacement of spares/testing of Incinerator complete carried out during the contract period. On Failure of visit by OEM/Approved firm representative or non submission of report by him, a panel recovery of Rs 10000/- per visit shall be made from the contractor dues.

Cleaning of chocked coil by descaling Incinerator coils

Measure the blow down time and testing in normal running condition

Checking and rectify the minor faults in the furnace and Chimney.

The visit includes includes the repair/replacement/refilling of the cartidge of printer of the incinertor used for recording of the running period of the incinerator.

He will submit his report in writing in respect of faults pointed out in plant, requirement of replacement of parts and other issues related with the plant.

After submission of report, spare parts shall be provided from Sch 'A' item below for repair, fixing and efficient running of plant only .

Service technician will issue 'OK' report for smoth functioning of Incinerator plant after replacing the parts to the entire satisfaction of Eng-in-Charge.

NOTE :- (a) All type of repair and fixing / replacement of parts shall only be carried out by Qualified and experienced Service technician in any condition. (b) The contractor will be responsible to make all arrangements at his own cost and nothing shall be claimed extra to the GOVT.

Note: (a)The job must be carried out in presence of qualified and experienced Engineers in the subject field. (b) Rates of T&P including transportation charges of Hoist & Cranes required for the job must be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing battery 12 Volt 65 AH of the EPU of the OT of MH and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Make: Exide/Amaron/Luminous

Note:- (a) The time limit for attending the job/complaints with in 24 hours. (b) In case the contracts fails to attend/rectify the defects within the above time limit, penalty will the imposed as under:- (a) Rs. 1000/- per day for 1st two days and after that Rs. 2000/- per day. (c) In case of non-functioning of Laundry machines,Boilers & Incinerator, a penalty shall be imposed against the contractor and a penal recovery of Rs 500/- per day for minor repair and Rs 1000/- for major repairs shall be recovered from the contractor's dues.
