Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. (a) Upto 35 sq. mm

(b) Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on wall surface as required. (a) Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed I XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. (a) Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. (a) 3.5c x 150 sq. mm (50mm)

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. (a) 3.5c x 150 sq. mm

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground/concreate/road crossing complete with all types of accessories including trenching (minimum 60 cm deep) and re-filling/making good the same with soil/concreate etc. as required. (a) 80mm dia.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground/concreate/all kinds of soil (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. (a) 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

(b) 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. (a) 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal)

Earthing with G.l. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry 'enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing· and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm· G.l. strip in 40 mm dia G.l. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.l. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.l. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of weather, vermin proof, powder- coated, fully compartmentalized outdoor type cubicle panel (minimum IP 65 protection) with lifting hooks, fabricated with 2mm thick CRCA sheet with hinged double door with gasket, detachable gland plates for cable chamber, 2 earthing studs, bottom type cable entry provision having locking arrangement in front, chemically treated through at-least seven-tank process consisting of the following switchgears: (A) Incomer: 63A, 4 pole, 25kA MCCBs (Ics = 100% of Icu) with adjustable overload setting and thermal-magnetic release protection along-with front driving extended rotary handle: 2 Nos. (B) ATS: 100A, 4 pole, automatic load transfer switch (with provision of automatic / manual) with in-built time delay & LCD display -1set. (C) Outgoing: 32A, 4 pole, 25kA MCCBs (Ics = 100% of Icu) with adjustable overload setting and thermal-magnetic release protection along-with front driving extended rotary handle: 3 Nos. (D) Bus-bar: 100A, 3Ø, 4 wire Aluminium. (E ) Indication Lamp: LED indication lamps with back-up fuse for 3 phase indications of incoming supply & ON/OFF indication for all outgoings and incomers. (F) Metering: Digital multifunction meter for all incomers with suitable resin-cast CTs. (G) Power Data Logger unit with capability to store at-least 3 days data - 1 Set. (H) Aluminium earth bar of suitable size - 1 Set.

Supply of following sizes PVC insulated PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor airfield lighting cable of following size 5KV grade confirming to IS 1554 Part-II with upto date amendments as required conforming to particular as required. (a) 1c x 6 Sq.mm

Supply of Unidirectional elevated type high intensity Approach light fitting suitable for use with 200W 6.6A halogen lamp complete with all accessories including lamp and clear spreader lens, CI base plate etc. ready to be installed at site.

Supply and fixing of 200 Watts 6.6/6.6 Amps 5KV grade 50Hz series type Isolating Transformer encapsulated in polyster resin finally mould in neoprene type rubber with primary and secondary connections and ready to installed as per the site requirement.

Supply of C.I. isolating transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside dia 330 mm height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except on top surface, which is 15 mm thick, cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole centre at one side surface centre 75 mm above bottom surface to receive 1 no. of 50 mm dia "B" class GI pipe and including check nuts as required. The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 40 mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole center) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15 mm dia "B" class GI pipe and having a clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M 10 tapped hole centre of 260 mm to receive light fitting base plate and bolts as required as per the site condition.

Supply and fixing of 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type I class "B" connector suitable for field attachment with 5 KV grade of 6 Sq.mm PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core copper conductor cable conforming to the relevant IS specification as per the site requirement.

ITC of Elevated type approach light fixtures on existing transformer housing boxes including making connection with secondary cable & IT complete as required as per the site requirement.

Installation of transformer housing boxes with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 930 x 930 x 100 mm thick, all round concrete of 1:2:4 150 mm thick, the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement including fixing 63 mm dia. HDPE pipe with reducer including necessary excavation and refilling (Transformer boxes are to be aligned in such a way that the centre fall in a straight line) etc. complete as required as per the site requirement.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL pipe as required. (a) Upto 120 Sq.mm.

Supply & fixing of 1.60 Mtr. length 63mm (OD) / 57mm (ID) breakable type aluminium pipe for fixing of approach light fittings with threading at both side including yellow colouring as per ICAO norms complete as required.
