M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floor all as specified and directed .

M & L for coarse aggregate for granolithic floors, graded from 12.5mm to 4.75 mm, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 40 mm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment all as specified

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete arround the sides of paver blocks or chamfered edges/benching,coping etc, top of wall etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for chipping of the disintegrated concrete of sunken slab and sides and clean the area with wire brush and coir brush,seal the disturbed area with polymer modified mortar using of approved make. Coving has to be done at all the corners with polymer modified mortar seal all the plumbing line and holes with no shrink grout of make BASF/M/s Fosroc,IWL, STP Ltd. replace all pipes by PVC and shall be placed properly in position. Keep the water on sunken tanks and floors for 24 hrs for observing the leekages and to ensure water tightness. Pressure grouting has to be done at all the damaged areas/joints with water proofing admixture. Water proof the area with Acrylic polymer modified water proofing coating . Brush bond RFX or equivalent in two coats water proofing proudts confirm BASF/M/S Fosroc chemics Pvt Ltd IWL STP Ltd. complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer or mortar in CM (1: 4 ) for laying in floor finishes all as specified and directed .

Supply only Water Proofing compound, conforming to IS and as approved, complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces finished rough to receive wall tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified

Opening/Lifting of man hole cover and taking out waste soil,sludge, other sediments, solid waste, and liquid waste from manhole, septing tank in any condition by pumping or any other mechanical means and refix the man hole cover on completion of work, complete all as specified and as directed .Note:- (a) The night soil, other sediments, solid waste, and liquid waste in any condition removed from septic tank shall be taken away from respective vicinities and Premises on closed containers/conveyance and disposed off out of defence land (b) Disposal of the same shall be the responsibility of the contractor with out any extra expenditure to government. Disposal of waste shall be made in accordance with the regulations of authorities concerned. c) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of cleaning the neared MH & sewage line from that MH to septic tank.

Cleaning by roding /bamboo split and taking out waste soil, sludge and other foreign materials from sewage line/effluent drains below/above GL of 100 mm dia sewage line and removed all waste in sealed container complete all as directed .

Desilting of sludge/cracked mud at basement of building including dewatering complete and removing the sludge and water by means of tanker lorry to any point out side MD land includin cleaning the floor surface of basement complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L preparing old plastered undecorated wall surfaces and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.
