CONSERVATION AND RESTORATION OF PYRAMIDAL STRUCTURE TEMPLE NO 1 AT AHICHCHHATRA BAREILLY

Scientific earthwork in excavation done very varefully layer by layer with the help of small kudal , pickaxe , khurpa , coir brush , wire brush without damaging present structure & structure underneath (historic remains) and Stacking of servicable material at site and Removal of Unservicable material from site to dumping yard with lead upto 200 mtr.

Removal of old settled debries from collpased structure manually very very carefully and stacking at one place manually

Provision for removal of old damaged , bulged out , out of plumb / not in alignment walls at ancient structure for conservation

Provision for resetting of special size brick masonry work and underpinning the brickwork ( types of brick sizes are used in structure 300 mm x 250 mm x 80 mm,430 mm x 250 mm x 80 mm,240 mm x 120 mm x 80 mm,230 mm x 220 mm x 50 mm ) with composite lime mortar 1:1:1 ratio (1 lime, 1 Surkhi 1 C.Sand ) including cost of material, carriage of material , curing and cost of labour etc complete

Providing and laying 100mm thick lime concrete with 20mm brick aggregate nominal size mixed with 50% lime mortar in ratio of 1:1:1 (1 U/lime ,1 surkhi ,1 Sand )after compacting of loose soil, including beating and ramming for finishing the top surface and adding adhesive material comlete with in 200m lead and lift 30mtr approx.

Provision for Pointing the joints of ancient brick masonry in lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 U/Lime ,1 Surkhi , 1 Sand) mixed with adhesive material including washing & cleaning of joints with cartages of material 200mtr lead and lift of 10 to 30mtr etc complete.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
