Wet scrubber will be provided for gases and pollution control size of based dia 800mm x 2.5mm thick x 1200mm(L) Sprinkler 5mm 8Nos with SS fitting and SS Socket 2 Nos baffle plat 2 Nos 800mm x 25mm hole x 50mm pitch thick 2.5mm Outlet SS 304 pipe lines, valves and necessary pumping with water hold system for low temp. of the scrubber unit fitted on water tank, minimum 1000 Lt capacity pvc over head tank for each unit furnace. Required with exhaust fan, tube light for main hall and scrubber room. Ducting Scrubber to chimney

Repair of overhead crane capacity 01 MT, oil and greasing, repair/replacement of ball bearing-06 nos, realignment of channel, rewinding of electric motor 5HP complete in all respect.

Electric panel including with switch board containing with MCB 14 amp, 20 nos MCCB- 3 nos., Temperature meter of primary chamber secondary chamber, gate control switch and forced draft fan switches, water pump switches with cable tray with wiring from main power supply with 16 mm 04 core copper wiring up to 90 mtr length and internal panel wiring complete in all respect.

Water pump 02 HP ( Crompton, Kirloskar or equivalent)

Providing and fixing of Induced Draft Ducting, of 12” i/d of M S of 4mm thickness, including P/f of venture scrubber, droplet separator along with necessary fittings and accessories complete in all respect.

Repair of Primary Chamber and secondary chambers inlcluding providing and fixing of MS gates with ceramic blanker, repair of refractory lining in both the chambers, ash gates, emergency gates, gas pipe line, clumps and all burners of required capacity in both the chambers.
