M & L The water proofing treatment in Five course and shall be carried out as follows: - (i) Apply a coat of oil based bituminous primer @ 200 gram / square metre on the prepared surface. (ii) Apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS:702 heated to a working temperature of 180 degree C and applied @ 1.20 Kg per square metre of the surface area. (iii) Provide and lay 4mm thick APP modified torch applied water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg per square meter reinforced with non woven polyester matt, weighing not less than 160gm/sqm having softening point not less than 1400C, Longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/5 CM, tear strength of 180N(Min), a static puncture resistance of 180, keeping a minimum of 10 cm over laps and 15cm end lap. (iv) Apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS:702 heated to a working temperature of 180 degree C and applied @ 1.20 Kg per square metre of the surface area. (v) Finishing surface with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint, @ 100 gm/Sqm.

M&L for providing pressure grouting on leaking points using 40 psi grout pump using Cobex 100 or equivalent @ 225gms mixed to 50Kg bag of cement including packing joints using polymer modified mortar , applying a coat of polyplus AC , two component acrylic based , water proof coat @ 500 gms/sqm , after 4 hrs applying second coat with polyplus AC @ 500 gms/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured joint free tiles 450x300X7mm/600x300x7mm in vertical surfaces over and including 10mm thick backing coat in Cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for epoxy joint filling using epoxy on floor and walls minimumum 5mm depth and 2mm thick spacer width complete all as per the manufactures instructions.

Demoiltion of stone slab laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing completer and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4, set & jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing complete all as specified and directed.
